I love Systeme.io's simplicity. I am coming from Kartra and Squarespace and having been in business for 14 years, I had a LOT of content. And I had way more products and pages than I needed. I was ready to shift into something that felt easy. Systeme.io offers me the peace of mind of being able to go in and create what I want, when I want without so many unnecessary steps to get in the way of building.

But, what has sold me more than anything has been the stellar support. Unlike those other platforms, you have a real person who can answer your questions if you can't find answers. I won't say I "dislike" this, but the one thing that has taken me time to get used to is the shift in how things are viewed in Systeme.io. It is an easy to use all-in-one solution for entrepreneurs who want to sell digital products and have digital touch-points for their customers. It is the best solution in the market which also covers necessary legal requirements of the European market. I used Kajabi for 4,5 years on an expert-level before. I recently switched to Systeme.io from another platform, and I’m loving it so far. The course pages have a clean, professional look, the editor is super easy to use, and it’s amazing to have so many features in one place. Like any SaaS, Systeme.io has its limitations. For me, the biggest drawback is the restricted question feature in courses—it only supports multiple-choice questions. I’m used to having optons like essay responses and file uploads for assessments, which aren’t available here. That said, there are workarounds for this, so it hasn’t been a major issue for me. There are so many great freatures! The best part is having everything unlimited. you get unlimited emails, landing pages, rules and workflows, contacts and more. It also includes CMS, sales pages, websites, email marketing, and payment gateway integration, which makes it an all in one tool. It works, perfectly and is very simple to use. Its very easy to use and the UI is great. We implemented the tool fully within three weeks. Their support is just outstanding. There are a few issues. First, the lack of a one-click order bump feature is a big problem for us and businesses like ours. This feature is so important that we had to use another tool just to get it. We've suggested it on their roadmap page, but they haven’t started working on it yet. Second, their image optimization is really poor. Even if you upload a high-quality image, their software reduces the image size (to improve website performance), but it completely ignores the quality. I spent a whole year debating whether to leave Kajabi because I was nervous about how hard the transition might be. But honestly, the process turned out to be much easier than I expected. I recently switched to Systeme and signed up for their migration service (migrating my web pages, course, funnels, and automations from my old platform). The process went very smoothly and my migration rep, Khaled, was a pleasure to interact with. He answered all my questions quickly and effectively and did a wonderful migration. I'm pretty new to the platform but there isn't much I don't like about it. The drag-and-drop page editor could run a little faster. Sometimes I'll click and have to wait a bit for it to register, which slows down the workflow. And having a dedicated coaching product within the platform (including the video call) would be nice.
