The customer service is one of the best I've ever experience. We receive an answer very quickly and can get a session with support almost immediately. As we had GL Wand in the past, we were accustomed to the way Spreadsheet Server works. It is easy to use and required minimal time for implementation. We use it on a weekly basis for reconciliations and on a monthly basis for financial reporting. While we miss GL Wand, we have adjusted and are using Spreadsheet Server with more ease.
