There are no downsides to Signature 365. It supports all of the platforms we require e-mail signatured deployed to. As an organisation we were looking for a tool that could integrate with Microsoft 365 and deploy signatures seamlessly, we've been using the older version of Signature for some years and the new version of Signature 365 is a valuable tool for our organisation that ensures consistency for our signatures and can integrate with Microsoft 365. Signature 365 was easy to implement and deploy. The customer support is always wonderful and helpful.
