I'm a non-technical PM. Sigma has a relatively moderate learning curve (a few hours), but once you get the hang of it there's a definite 80/20 rule where a few basics will take you far and help you unlock the power to create advanced reports. Creating dashboards can be fiddly. They have a folder system, but managing existing reports can quickly get out of hand. Easy to use. Friendly UI. Self-taught how to use this and I am not technical. We are using it to monitor usage of our customers and also forecasting from a sales perspective.
