The time zone difference has worked to our advantage in that I can assign work to Seahawk at the end of my work day and come in the next day to review what they completed during their work day (while I was off the clock). There have been times when we felt like we were running in the same issues over and over again as we were getting to know each other through the projects assigned to them. Those issues have largely been resolved but they would still benefit from checking their work and testing all links and downloads before submitting the work to us for review.
