ScreenCloud is very easy to navigate and use. It didn't take long to learn and set up was very straightforward. Our non-profit agency has multiple locations and this is such an easy way to get announcements out to all our staff without having to use print materials. And announcements with graphics and video is way more eye-catching than paper flyers. Moreover, the ScreenCloud-branded hardware is exceptional; we have never experienced a player failure or overload. There are a few software tools we would like to see improved, such as birthday announcements and stock quotes. However, these features are "nice to have", they are not essential. A valuable enhancement would be the introduction of user groups, allowing users to share best practices. ScreenCloud's functionality allows our employees to receive internal communications instantly. It's easy to navigate and produce high quality content with the provided templates. ScreenCloud is intuitive to use. Taking time to set it up, will allow for quick daily/weekly updates. There a several great applications included that make great content fillers breaking up the routine. The built-in canvas makes building a bulletin easy, without the need to go to an outside graphics editor. we like has well it works with all our TVs around campus. It is easy to set up and I like that even if a TV goes offline it is still able to show old information on the screen while our team works to get it back online. The ability to keep our residents informed and also to higilight all the great things going on around our campus. Support staff at ScreenCloud are laways helpfula nd I really appreciate the video lobrary I have at mys dsiposal when I need a refresher on an item. Our company previously used another vendor, and updating or changing playlists wasn’t the easiest process. Switching to ScreenCloud has been a game-changer! I love that it offers apps within the platform, making content creation both easy and engaging. The interface is intuitive, and the built-in tools streamline the entire process.
