The PowerDMARC portal is easy enough to navigate. Much of the information needed can be found on the "dashboard." where the service is exemplary is the staff. My company has tested other DMARC service providers prior to PowerDMARC, but only PowerDMARC actually scheduled a call with me months into the service to make sure all is well. The call consisted of the Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Technical Support and an Engineer. It was a follow up call 6 months into the service. It was not a sales call. They genuinely wanted to make sure my company was utilizing the full extent of PowerDMARC to improve our DMARC score and our internet reputation.
