Checklists and the way you can get archived items; I like how you can always get the former employees what they need or do employment verification. I like the reports function and the help desk is always very positive and quick to fix any issues. I did not get much training when I got into this job so I also like the fact that they offer various levels and types (in-person, online, etc.) of training. File management and Contracts. Can’t see the emails that the system sends to users which is a problem when a user says they did/did not get a communication. I do not like how we have to create contract templates, I don't really know how the fields are set-up and I keep making mistakes when I create a new template. I have used other CRM systems in the past which were easier to use to template. I also do no know the workflows very well and they don't seem intuitive. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
I like that I have the ability to cut and paste info and not have to type everything in Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
It’s hard to tell what is my district’s expectations from what TalentEd does - but I get confused as to when something needs to be “signed” and it has been sent or not. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
