From the first contact with PMPC, to setting up the proof of concept, to going live with the system customer support has been second to none. The intune integration with Patch my pc and the ability to use either the app or directly from the web portal make this such an easy app to use. In the grand scheme of things we are a small user of the supported apps however the ability to get up and running on day 1 or the option to have guided setup meant we were up and running almost immediately. We already have a small subset of apps automatically deploying at each update such is our confidence in the way Patch My PC package the apps.

Patch My PC has been very helpful in reducing the amount of time I have to use patching various parts of my systems. With how many awesome features it has, and how easy it is to set up and use, it makes my job that much simpler. Integrating it into my current environment was very simple and I use it on a weekly, if not daily, basis. If there was any issue with it, customer support has been there to help with quick responses. Simple to use, very quick to setup! Has far more features than I need, and can integrate with our MDM solution at the click of a button. Don't have to check the software much at all as it just does what it needs, and should we have any issues then PMPC support has been absolutely amazing at helping us with anything we need. I recently implemented PatchMyPC Cloud with Intune in my org. It was extremely easy to get setup and working. During the POC we were able to setup multiple ThirdParty App upgrade deployments and solve many vulnerabilities by updating third party applications. Once the connection to Intune was made, we were up and running. Deploying apps from PatchMyPC catalog made this stress free. Susan with Customer support was an excellent resource in assisting Bottomline. Melissa from tech support is outstanding for supporting Bottomline while I was first learning to use the software. We started our partnership with PMP with the onprem version, hosted on a vm, from our initial engagement, to their high quality customer service, it was one of the easiest implementations we went over, they not only stick to what they needed to show us, but also, went the extra mile to teach us what best practices and little tricks we could do, to streamline our deployments.

When the time to move to the Cloud arrived, once again, I was able to schedule time with their engineers and even though at the moment there's no automatic transfering of configuration between onprem to cloud, it was one of the easiest and intuitive tasks I had to do, I was able to complete the standing up and initial configuration of our cloud instance in a couple of days.

I'm always impressed by the quality of product PMP deploys, having worked in this industry for many years, you can see this was developed by people that worked in the same line we do and understand our needs, without worrying on unnecesary features. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

I have love using Patch My PC, the product is great! I would highly recommend Patch My PC to anyone. It has saved me so much time allowing me not to have to manually package common apps. I recently got into their cloud solution and I am very impressed! It is a very clean and easy to use UI. Another great plus to the company is the people. I don't have any complaints really, only complaint would be I wish they had more apps and especially the full autodesk Installs, currently they only have the updates for Autodesk products. That being said even just having the updates is very helpful. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

We like the ability to download an application that is not in the PMPC catalog and as a part of the synchronization, it will create the package for the one-off app we have downloaded. Only one user can be in the application at a time.

Reporting is not built into the application and has to be setup manually. There is currently no reporting for the Intune deployments from PMPC. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

Its a very easy to use platform and syncs perfectly with Intune which is what we use for deployments. This gives us a user friendly UI and a great team of support. It was literally a 2 click setup. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.

Gosto que já exista uma grande lista de softwares no banco de dados que posso escolher para atualizar automaticamente os PCs dos clientes. Os programas estão categorizados de forma organizada e são fáceis de encontrar e marcar para atualizar nossos PCs de clientes. As atualizações regulares são verificadas e uma atualização silenciosa está disponível para pacotes MSI, de modo que não requer intervenção do usuário. Também podemos especificar se é necessário reiniciar para completar o patch. Tivemos uma ligação com um representante de suporte ao cliente que nos guiou sobre como usar o programa e nos mostrou recursos dos quais ainda não estávamos cientes. Não tive experiência suficiente com o PatchMyPC em relação à instalação de novos pacotes ou à adição de programas que não estão já no banco de dados. Gostaria de garantir que a adição de arquivos msi funcione bem, mas ainda não posso comentar, pois todos os programas que precisamos monitorar já estão no banco de dados. A única coisa que posso não gostar é possivelmente uma interface básica e que pode não ser tão modernizada e bonita quanto outros softwares, mas isso é um problema muito menor.
