We have used Oracle Beehive for business communication. This is a very good collaboration tool that provides screen sharing in business meetings. There are several integrated modules which provide access to strong modules such as conferencing and wiki pages. A couple of features are not available on this software which does prevent it from being one of the best in class. It does not have strong email capability and it does not allow for automated tracking of employee or contractor hours.
