Foi fácil de instalar. Usei o Canva para criar slides. Comprei um optistick na Amazon no Canadá. Carrego previamente os slides e quaisquer adições em casa no meu computador para o site da Optisign. Depois vou até a TV no local e uso um hotspot no meu telefone e faço o upload de tudo para a TV. Tenho uma TV Hisense smart/dumb. Os slides são de excelente qualidade, assim como a imagem. Tive que ligar para o pessoal da Optisign, pois queria agendar o ligar e desligar do telefone. Eles foram super prestativos e educados e atenderam o telefone quando liguei - então isso foi maravilhoso. Gostei do recurso de agendamento, no entanto, preciso conseguir wifi no nosso escritório onde a TV está. Tenho certeza de que funcionará muito bem quando fizer isso, pois fiz um teste em casa - com wifi e o agendador funcionou bem. Optisigns is very user friendly and has really great template options that you can animate to add that extra special pizazz to your announcement boards or whatever it may be that you are displaying. Our employees especially enjoy the contents and appreciate the change up of seeing the new slides each month. On the back end, the ability to navigate through the screens, edit and create is simple and very much made with the customer in mind. I really enjoyed the ability to set-it-and-forget-it once we had it up and running and then set our schedules. The timings worked and I was thankful we could run both stills and videos on all our screens. We started using OptiSigns for an enterprise level event that had screens spread out on multiple floors - so OptiSigns gave us that central hub where we could manage them all in one place. The software is user friendly, easy to adapt to and their support team has been nothing short of amazing, always responsive and helpful in our beginning stages. I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike with OptiSigns, at the moment I am still learning the ropes. I'm not sure if this option is available or not, if not this would be what I would dislike about OptiSigns: the option when 86'ing a menu item on the POS, being able to reflect on the menu boards instantly. We used to have marguee signs with our beer and food names, but wanted to move to digital signage. After some searching we found OptiSigns. Not only is the presentation side super easy to use, but the mobile and web portals are also incredibly user friendly and make building your assets incredibly easy.
