O que eu mais gosto no NEOGOV é a versatilidade do software. Atualmente, o usamos para nossa contratação e gestão de funcionários. Ele permite que nossos painéis de entrevista, que mudam constantemente, tenham acesso a todas as pessoas que se candidatam a diferentes posições. O acesso é facilmente ativado e desativado. Também é ótimo porque mantém as avaliações dos funcionários em um local para que eles possam acessá-las e consultá-las. Também mostra em que parte do processo eles estão. Pode-se criar relatórios sobre o funcionário a partir dele. Ele também oferece um plano se houver algumas áreas em que eles precisam trabalhar. O que acabei de usá-lo foi para avaliações e torna tudo muito fácil. O formulário já está no sistema, basta preenchê-lo. The ease of use. This has been an excellent applicant tracking system. I love the ability to customize the supplemental questions to each position we post. This allows us to set up a scoring plan that screens for minimum qualifications as well as add additional points to desired qualifications. You can add multiple steps in your exam plan to fully document your recruitment process. The report builder is excellent for pulling customized reports to measure specific data. Currently you have to set up two different sets of notifications one for the Insight side and one for the OHC side. There are often times I may need a notice that is only set up in one or the other and I have to go back and create a new one.
