It is very easy to use and shows a lot of information on a patients eligibility status. It is very quick and quite accurate. It helps billing and front office. It helps you understand a patient's co-pay and deductible. I would say it definitely helps you create a more efficient and effective front office environment in order to check patients eligibility even before they had any services rendered. Customer support is where I always hear the biggest complaints but they are trying to work on that. I would say I wish this system was apart of an EHR/PM but it's not the biggest deal. I would say there are more pros than cons. The nice thing about COMPLETE is it is very fast and quite accurate.
