When a contact is inadvertently deleted, it's next to near impossible to reach them again. It requires them to subscribe from an entirely new email address. It would be great for an admin or user to be able to add them back in or send an email to a deleted contact with the option to re-subscribe.

What tool within iContact do you use that provides the highest positive outcomes?

Is there anyway to fix this or have the video frame for people to click in order to see the video?

Is there a way to save a specific template that I make changes to in order to reuse easier?

This is something you can do in Constant Contact and would love to do it in iContact as well.

Sometimes messages do not send when I am doing chats, and I end up having to send them twice or more before anything goes through. We collect so many data from our offline channels. But when we send them using other tolls we dont get many replies. As this data are not double optened we are using Mailchimp. If we can use iContact for same data then I can definetly propose management about the toll.

Maybe an integration with other software could help me out on this
