They are SO DIFFICULt to work with - whether it's replying in a timely manner or questions/tickets, actually listening to what you're asking of them, or not communicating any releases or updates. When it comes to their data, I had someone ask me last week how I can have faith that it's correct, and my answer was 'I don't - I'm always taking anyone's comment if it's wrong seriously, and any time they release anything new I spend a full day or so checking over it to make sure it's actually correct'.
