Fireflies is not perfect. It sometimes misidentifies the speaker and doesn't know all of the technical terminology that we sometimes use, so it is not to be taken literally and we sometimes need our phonetics to determine what was actually said. Fireflies is great at meeting transcriptions. The speed and accuracy of the transcriptions allows me to turnaround meeting minutes and action items to the various teams quickly and easily. Previously, it would take a day or two to review my notes, gather notes from other attendants and type up and distribute. It is basically very easy to use and you can quickly find your way around. Particularly good is the automatic language detection, so you don't have to constantly switch manually when you switch between languages in different projects. I find the summaries and especially the block formation (topic blocks) very well done. I was surprised how well Fireflies understands and collects tasks!

I am able to send the recap to clients, I easily reference it when writing up proposals and statements of work for exact wording, and it's suprisingly accurate on action items. I use it for every meeting now and tend to get a little "annoyed" when there isn't a Fireflies notetaker. I know that other services are now "built in" to workplace productivity tools, but plan to keep my active account. I think this software is better than the others.
