I used Zapproved's Legal Hold Pro to manage litigation holds. This tool is user friendly and has many great features that work well for me and my organization. We strongly value the option to remind custodians that their responses have not been received as well as the quarterly updates that a particular hold is still in place. There are features I would like to see that LHP doesn't have as yet. However, Zapproved is constantly updating and improving the tool. I don't like that when a user edits a hold the sender is automatically changed to the person that made the edit. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
