The product is excellent at providing complete and detailed recommendations to rightsize various cloud instances. However, my experience with their account team has been the most beneficial as we have needed some specialized reports, and they immediately sprinted to getting them in their roadmap. The downside of Densify is the loading of their UI. It tends to be unresponsive or has a long latency. We have mainly switched our use to focus on the API and creating our UI endpoint for customers. The reporting capabilities of Densify are easily my favorite features. Single-pane-of-glass view of all of your infrastructure, on-prem and in the cloud, across multiple vCenters, and cloud accounts (or multiple clouds). I like the fact that Densify gathers CloudWatch metrics and then uses their engine to analyze CPU/Memory usage and ensures that we are using the appropriate instance type based on those needs.
