I love the great customer service that Connext provides. They set up meetings to discuss the process and answer any questions, and they are very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they provide offshore accounting and finance staff who are very well qualified and come at a reasonable cost. They handle everything with the candidates, including pay, benefits, and technology, and even arrange the original interviews. They make things as pain-free as possible for the hiring manager by taking care of all the details. If we were to identify areas for improvement, the biggest opportunity would be around consistency and deeper alignment with our standards. While performance is generally strong, ensuring more consistent execution across all agents, particularly in quality, process adherence, and attention to detail, would have a meaningful impact on overall results. This includes things like accurate case handling, thorough follow-through, and maintaining a customer-first approach in every interaction. Another area of opportunity is product knowledge and brand immersion. Because our brand is very experience-driven, with a strong focus on storytelling, product uniqueness, and the Endless Vacation lifestyle, continued investment in product training would help Connext agents deliver a more engaging and on-brand customer experience.
