We run miscellaneous trips to various places and we pre-sell this at meetings where we most often do not have internet connection. We deal with graduated members of a higher learning institution and everyone is hooked up with their class year and a specific "cullum" number. For many events we sort by this information in order to have they together by class. This information would help.

Just compare it to sending a Google groups email and you'll know.

For example, tracking volunteer hours, I would like to archive previous years & only work with the current year.

When someone new joins on to help me, I'd like to point them to ONE video where they can see all that the website has to offer. If they want a deeper dive, they can find those videos later.
