ClearPoint has many features available that allow us to quickly and accurately display information to our teams as well as present monthly reports. ClearPoint has been a great asset to us for tracking and managing our long term strategic plan, and we're now finding other great uses such as for independent project tracking and reporting. The automation options for reporting make it easy to generate and the filtering options allow us to only show what we want and what we don't (such as completed or cancelled items). For a first time user the system can be a little tricky to set up and get used to, there are many ways to do the same thing. From a system perspective, learning ClearPoint is easy. The program is powerful, and simple to use and manage. The ClearPoint team is extremely helpful and kind, they are quick to respond on the online chat and your personal liaison will check in with you on a regular basis.
