- The filter for “PRIMARY only” shows discharged patients.
- Can’t see WHO entered medications.
- Can’t see history of VFOs on my side. I will only be able to see that a VFO for this week is in play 2/week. But when i look at the 5 day schedule or try to pull a second visit by clicking “GO” later that week none willl populate. My supervisor is able to pull up on his/her desktop the history and see that VFOs were changed or made oddly such that the visit was already used a different week. Maybe I do not understand because i am still new to Healthwyse but none of the other nurses were able to help me sort this problem, only my supervisor.

O programa tem falhas. É muito para o meu computador lidar e tem uma tendência a travar, e eu tenho que reiniciar meu computador. Além disso, quando estou gerando relatórios, o programa frequentemente trava e nunca carrega os dados. Nossa equipe de TI aqui na Partners In Care está sempre tendo que consertar o Healthwyse, e é um programa tão vital para a eficiência da nossa organização, que quando ele falha, causa muito transtorno para aqueles que dependem dele para a elaboração de gráficos. It can be very confusing to learn for new beginners. The trainings for healthwyse mobile were just ok. They could be improved. Still had to connect to get up to date information. Análise coletada por e hospedada no G2.com.
