One thing that I noticed on my own time was the website of Candidate Labs, which is full of terrific information, testimonials, and case studies. I think they could perhaps be more proud and aware of the amazing resources mentioned there and send me some things, but that would truly be going above and beyond the already stellar work they did for and with me. Jaycie was one of the best recruiters I've worked with. She was incredibly thoughtful and her communication was on point. She took the extra time before and after each interview to prep and debrief - and there were lots of interviews :). Even while I was out of the country during the hiring process, Jaycie was incredibly responsive to my emails and extremely helpful. It was great to work with her! Overall, the experience was positive. The only suggestion I have is to be more upfront with offer/negotiation nuances. In my case, I had no idea that the company I interviewed with had a no negotiation policy, and I wish I would have known that when I discussed compensation with Jacey before the offer was made.
