I paid for a premium subscription in order to produce three videos a month. I used the 3.0 Biteable version to create a video. I had problems with the download and none of the service people could find the problem. As a result of a time difference and a holiday, I had to wait for a week for the video to be 'fixed' by a more experienced service representative. However, the video was shorted, and now I have to resize each of the scenes, which takes a significant amount of time due glitches in the tool used to extend or shorten each scene. I have edited the video on a PC as well as a MAC and both have the same challenges when changing the time of the scenes.
