The support team at Appartity was incrediably easy to work with and the tool interface was very intuitive and easy to train stakeholders on. We found that compared to their competitors (some of which we had worked with in the past) we developed much better relationships and could easily connect with folks to troubleshoot or just talk through how to enhance a particular process on an EUC that had a lot of manual intervention baked into it together with the business line owners.
