Is there an ability for contacts and leads to be integrated so when they call in, their name shows up on the aircall???

When I use aircall on my android phone, it always picks my Samsung watch as a speaker, and I have to switch it manually back every single time. My company implemented Aircall a few months ago and I am finding their options for call routing outside of business hours extremely limited, and by limited, I mean there are no options. We dont have problems when adding notes with our laptop- they appear automatically in Zoho. However, if we add them with our cell, they do not appear. We can only see these notes in the Aircall app. For us is important to have that in Zoho too. Is there any way to solve it?

As i mentioned early, there are some issues that needs to be solved. I'm facing issue in certain countries. Some African countries and also a similar issue in Indian Sub-continent. People can see a local number on the screen instead of my German number what I'm using through Aircall.
