The automatic transfer of approvals and other documents from Advarra to eReg is awesome and a great time saver. I love that site SOPs can also be uploaded to eReg and sent out for signature and review. I like the way the different sections of the eBinder are organized & labeled and how the list of document sections for each protocol is always on the left side of the screen for quick access to documents. I also like the capability to capture Esignatures in a compliant manner. Our institution is quite large so getting wet Ink signatures sometimes is quite laborous and time consuming. Currently, we are experiencing some issues with monitors being able to access our system remotely. I believe this is more due to instituional restrictions and not the fault the vendor.
