It is awesome to be able to count inventory and then place orders from the same interface! We have been able to train our staff quickly on how to count and place orders because of how easy it is!
The biggest issue with Marketman is the support. They're slow to respond to urgent requests, and the system frequently breaks (about once a week). It takes about 3-7 days in our experience to get a fix to the system breaking glitch. Incredibly frustrating...
