I like that you are allowed to request edits to the translations provided. For example, if they provide you with a translation for a word that doesn't make sense for your business, you can request as many edits as you want until you're happy with the results.
It's not so much a dislike, as it's expected, however, the lower cost and "peer-to-peer" type service does mean you do have to be aware of reviewing the translated content a bit more yourself, and may not be able to rely on the services if the translation...
