So far, the only thing I have found frustrating is not having access to the data itself. As the tech person responsible for pushing and pulling data into/out of the system it's hard to know where to find what I'm looking for without running multiple...
It is a secure repository which allows management of project and product documents in their native format. Various CAD tools are supported, but works best with PTC's Creo. It is a very powerful tool that is capable of growing with an organization.
