This system allows for the perfect collection of loan application. It also allows for the perfect processing and underwriting of that loan application. This system is great for mortgages
I find the system a bit clunky and old school. I think the log-ins and portals are a bit out of date - and although I like having the ability to use webcaster - I feel a bit limited.
I like that Encompass will give hints when hovering over a field to show you exactly what to enter
Very slow connections to remote servers. Slow to make needed industry improvements. Difficult to make this focus in on specific non-standard products (VA loans)
