I dont think I disliky anything with Azure functions. The only improvement that i can forsee if the publishing of azure functions when you have multiple accounts. Visual Studio sometimes freeze up and take incorrect account to connect to Azure.
The user interface of Azure Web Apps is great to create connections for your web application and linking your application with a database. Very intuitive and easy to use.
Resource groups which I think it's not that great when tracking my spending, not that great of a UI, over complexity comparing it to AWS, not owning my provisioned DB and having Azure as the Super user
