Simple installation. Simplified configuration. cloud represents the strong point in both remote management and good pre and post sales support. **What do you dislike about ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W?** Product certainly of poor technical quality, not meeting the characteristics indicated. The simplified system is practically useless and the documentation found on the net to configure it is rather scarce. By configuring the wifi network on the firewall this blocks the flow for more than 3/4 of the speed provided, for example: if my connection is 100Mbps, using the wifi with the firewall connected the speed drops to about 20Mbps. **Recommendations to others considering ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W:** If the customer is a small reality with few users, the product can be a good compromise as it has a good scalability of services. **What problems is ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W solving and how is that benefiting you?** offers good protection from malware and rogue applications for small businesses. In my opinion, they are the best in their class, even outperforming appliances 2-3 times more expensive. Awesome LIVE tech support. **What do you dislike about ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W?** Not much to dislike. Their documentation could be a little more clear but their live tech support makes up for it. **Recommendations to others considering ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W:** Great investment for small to medium sized businesses. **What problems is ZyWALL USG/40/40W/60/60W solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have 4 Zywalls in place and replaced all of my netgear switches with Zyxel switches.
