"Easy-to-Navigate Dashboard and Scraper Management with Minimal Friction"
4/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I like the overview and dashboard the most. It's a very easy way to navigate all the scrapers. See which ones are running, start a new scraper, check the logs. Very nice.

We have our own CICD pipeline set up connected to our repo. So this automatically pushes to site and we also push jobs on a schedule. And it's just very easy to use once that was set up. Like we have zero issues with it.

Also the rotating proxy is super nice when we're scraping the same time for a large amount of times. Yeah, just a product without much friction on our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

Scheduling jobs on a recurring basis is a very manual process. Ideally you want to upload a CSV with schedules in it or something. It was a lot of work to do that, especially when you have different parameters that you want to configure for hundreds of scrapers. So we just made our own AWS job that uses the API to scheduled these scrapers throuh Zyte. So it would be nice to have a way on the platform to upload schedules just in bulk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Thank you for your review. We're glad our dashboard and rotating proxies help offload the setup of running your daily scrapers. We hear you on the frustration of manually configuring schedules for hundreds of scrapers. Running a spider fleet involves ongoing operational work, and while your API workaround is great, our goal is always to minimize this infrastructure burden natively on our platform. We have passed your request for bulk CSV schedule uploads directly to our product team. We would love to chat more about your scheduling needs—if you're open to it, please email us at success@zyte.com. Thank you for your feedback!

"Zyte Makes Web Scraping Easy, Reliable, and Scalable"
5/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I like that Zyte takes away much of the complexity of web scraping. It is easy to use, reliable, and helps us collect data at scale with less operational overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

While Zyte is powerful, debugging and fine-tuning complex scraping scenarios can sometimes require more effort and visibility into what is happening behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective for bypassing web limits, but the pricing model could be improved"
4/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I like Zyte's pricing model which offers a pay-as-you-go level. You only pay when Zyte successfully retrieves the HTML page, and if Zyte has an error, you don't pay. Their support is responsive and their platform is accessible via API. Additionally, the integration with the Python library was simpler. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

- Their dashboard is too "technical". - The pricing model is not 100% usage-based, but rather tiered. This is annoying in my case, because if I am on the $100 tier, I cannot consume more than $200 per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Thank you for the review! We hear you on the dashboard feeling a bit too technical, and we are actively working to make the interface more intuitive.

Regarding our pricing, for each of the Zyte API plans ($100, $200, $500) we offer progressively more volume discount so that you save money as you use more.

We would love to help find a plan structure that better aligns with your monthly usage needs, please reach out to us at success@zyte.com.

"Ease of Use and Flexibility with Zyte"
5/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I like Zyte for its ease of use, flexibility, and support. Zyte allows you to abstract away many technical complications, which allows me to focus on the business and the data we want to extract. It offers a very simple setup with excellent documentation, making it super easy to take the first steps. It is also very transparent for the user and allows customization, including more advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

Sometimes the first level of support is a bit lacking. Sometimes it would need to delve a little deeper into its initial responses, although generally it escalates very well afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Hi there, thank you for your review and for sharing how Zyte handles infrastructure like IP rotation for your real estate data. We truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding your experience with our first line of support.

Web data collection involves complex, shifting components, but our goal is always to make it more reliable and easier to manage. We are normally very proud of the high standard of support we offer, which is an important part of the Zyte experience. We are taking a closer look at where we fell short this time to reinforce our internal guidance and troubleshooting workflows so that you can always rely on us for excellent support.

Thank you again for helping us improve.

"High-Quality Dataset with Exceptional Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I love Zyte's after-sales service. Additionally, the setup process was straightforward because I had the support of the technical team and the Customer Success Manager at all times. I greatly appreciate that Zyte delivers value, which is very valuable to us, especially considering the complex programming work and the continuous changes on competitors' web pages. Zyte responds very well to these solutions, which is very important to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

The technical team is sometimes slower in finding answers or in the scraping systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Thank you for the review! We hear you on our technical team sometimes being slower to find answers or adjust the scraping systems. To speed this up, we are actively expanding AI-assisted workflows across our engineering teams to triage updates and resolve maintenance much faster.

We would love to chat more, if you are open to send us an email to: success@zyte.com. Thank you for your valuable feedback!

"Simplified Integration, Formidable Efficiency"
4/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I love the simplicity of integrating Zyte into existing Python code. The API is very convenient because it automatically handles retries in case of failure and allows for parallelizing requests. The initial installation of Zyte was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

The response speed is more suited to batch processing than real-time. The budget could be an issue with large volumes because the same site can go from easy to difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Thank you for your review and for highlighting how easily Zyte integrates with your Python code. We appreciate your feedback regarding batch processing speeds and budget predictability when a site's difficulty changes.Web data collection is complex; tougher bans often require moving from datacenter proxies to more sophisticated infrastructure like residential proxies or rendering. While other solutions require manual code rewrites and immediate cost spikes, Zyte API adapts to anti-bot changes automatically within milliseconds. To provide pricing stability, we only review site pricing once per quarter and give a four-week notice for any adjustments, protecting you from sudden budget changes. Thank you again for helping us improve!

"Smart Proxy Manager: Reliable Rotating Proxies That Just Work at Scale"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

The Smart Proxy Manager has been the most valuable part of Zyte for me. Rotating proxies and handling bans used to eat up a huge amount of engineering time, and Zyte basically removes that headache. I can point my scrapers at it and trust that requests are going to get through without constantly babysitting IP pools or tuning retry logic. Setup was straightforward, and the integration with Scrapy made onboarding fast. For scraping at any meaningful scale, having reliable proxy infrastructure that just works is a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

Pricing can get steep as request volume scales up, especially for sites that require more aggressive proxy rotation or premium IPs. It's worth it for the reliability, but it's something to keep an eye on if you're running large jobs. Documentation is generally solid but occasionally lags behind product changes, so I've had moments where I needed to dig into support or community threads to figure out the current best practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Thank you for sharing your review. We're glad to hear that Smart Proxy Manager and our Scrapy integration are saving your team valuable development time.

We completely understand your frustrations regarding scaling costs and documentation gaps. To help reduce avoidable costs, we recommend checking out Zyte API as an upgrade to SPM. It automatically minimizes the use of premium proxies to keep expenses low and doesn't require a residential subscription. We're also actively refining our documentation workflows to ensure our guides stay updated alongside product changes.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

"Reliable Web Scraping with Set-It-and-Forget-It Simplicity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

We used Zyte because it's a reliable way to scrape large amounts of data without risking being blocked by websites' security systems. I really appreciate its 'do once and forget about it' approach; we set everything up once, and it continued to work for years without a hitch. The reliability is impressive - it always works, and for a scraping tool, that's very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

I'd improve their alerts system - make it more customizable (add custom triggers) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Eduardo Magalhaes of Zyte

Thank you for the great review! We're glad that our platform has delivered seamless, multi-year reliability for your large-scale crawls without website blocks.

We hear you on wanting a more customizable alert system with custom triggers. We would love to chat more about your needs—if you're open to it, please send us an email at success@zyte.com. We truly appreciate your feedback!

"Reliable Competitor Data Partner with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zyte?

I have been working with Zyte's team for the last few months, and their team is fantastic. I appreciate their development speed and quality, and they run a very robust platform, producing very satisfactory results. I love the ease of the initial setup with Zyte, as they took care of all the development, and we only needed to communicate what data we needed and set up the necessary processes on our end. I find it great that Zyte handles everything for us, allowing us not to worry about maintaining a platform ourselves. I also find having access to reliable scraping data from our main competitors incredibly useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zyte?

I'm a bit concerned about the lack of a validation system in Zyte. Sometimes, about once a week, there's a feed that doesn't correctly retrieve all the requested URLs, and we might be missing 2-3 URLs out of around 130. Implementing a validation system to ensure data for all URLs would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
