Their support is not something I needed because in the past 6 years I didn't really need their customer support. **What do you dislike about Zyte?** Their UI wasn't always as good as it is now. It's a very easy way to navigate all the scrapers. See which ones are running, start a new scraper, check the logs. Very nice. We have our own CICD pipeline set up connected to our repo. So this automatically pushes to site and we also push jobs on a schedule. And it's just very easy to use once that was set up. Like we have zero issues with it. Also the rotating proxy is super nice when we're scraping the same time for a large amount of times. Yeah, just a product without much friction on our site. **What do you dislike about Zyte?** Scheduling jobs on a recurring basis is a very manual process. Ideally you want to upload a CSV with schedules in it or something. It was a lot of work to do that, especially when you have different parameters that you want to configure for hundreds of scrapers. So we just made our own AWS job that uses the API to scheduled these scrapers throuh Zyte. So it would be nice to have a way on the platform to upload schedules just in bulk. **What problems is Zyte solving and how is that benefiting you?** Just being able to schedule scrapers and let them run daily, especially the rotating proxy is nice. Also the dashboard where you have a structured overview of everything that ran, the items you yielded. I use the Zyte API product, which brings me countless advantages since I don't have to deal with IP pools, bans, or even LOGs. I can get the data set and do the ETL smoothly without putting my process and IPs at risk. The documentation was very helpful during my initial implementation, and the API is very easy to use and integrate.
