When we decided that we wont be using it, I canceled my ZypeX subsription via help chat or Phone call, I dont remember.
Few days ago, they got charged me for 500$. I thought It some kind of mistake, and send them a message that I have canceled it before, and demand chargeback.
I recieved the answer that they have canceled my subsription, but I still can use it for 1 month. After is asked how much will it take to make a refund, they told me that they wont make and same answer: "we have canceled your subsription"
Just Wonder, is this a normal thing to charged your customer when they already canceled the subsription, and after realised that you messed up to refuse give money back?
And even after, I said that I wont use your service, and I dont want to pay for it. I have the right to get my money back in a 14 days term,why should I pay for it?
Awfull support that answering only after you send 2-3 messages.

A year ago, we moved our cloud-based video distribution over to Zype in order to expand to many other platforms seamlessly -- and this is one of the best moves we've ever made. Change does not have to be hard. Zype is more cost effective than other companies and offers more products & services. We were able to self-publish to Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, iOS, and Android apps (and will still expand to other platforms) without much trouble and we've found their support team to be super-knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt.
