Lumiform was easy and fast to set up (especially with the help of Max, thank youu) and effectively was a value add 24h after initial login. The forms are mega easy to adjust to the respective purpose and zero friciton, which meant the team adopted the tool in no time. We are working with the API integration so our engineers were extremely pleased to have clear boundary conditions to work with rather than implementing workaround after workaround. The support from the lumiform team was outstanding from the start, so whenever there were any challenges (mostly on our part :) they were quickly resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is that we're able to easily develop new and dynamic checklists for different parts of our processes.
With Lumiform we are enabled to create checklists that "react" to previuóus answers so that our employees don't have to fill in unneeded information and the protocol guides them towards the really important points.
Another advantage is that our employees can add photos to different questions and that we can start the follow-up process in our company directly via API (no manual work needed here).
One last point is that it's so easy to use, that the training affort is so minimal, that we could do it with a simple 30 min. video training for all our employees.

The process was super easy to implement. After a short onboarding of the staff, we were able to quickly create an acceptance for the new tool in the entire maintenance team. That is not easy in a medium-sized company that has grown over 100 years. We were also able to test the tool with our system without any risk in terms of investment. That was also great.
