It is very easy to use, even one without full marketing knowledge can send out a campaign in a pretty short time.

I can't recall a single redeeming feature or component of the product.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

From what I can remember: It was clunky, difficult to set up, customer service was poor, and the emails generated by the tool had a bounce rate high enough to throw off warnings from our mailing tool.

**What problems is Zymplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. We abandoned the product as soon as we legally could. And boy did they take us to task on the legalese in their contract.

With Zymplif, we have been able to focus more on what we are good at across the sales and marketing department. 
Zymplify help us to measure the impact of marketing channels via analytics intelligence tracking tools.

Unlike other marketing automation tools like Automation Anywhere, Zymplify do not offer all marketing capabilities for global enterprises. It requires to be integrated with external applications to advance it's capabilities.

Easy to use platform, good customer support, simple onboarding process, lots of data available. We have just completed our G2 integration and are very satisfied with how that has improved the tool.

Some of the automation is a little difficult to navigate and the data is not always 100% accurate, but it still provides better accuracy than most on the market.

We looked at all the competitors and found Zimplify had the best prospecting functionality couped with the sales and nurture process management.
It is easy to use, albeit like most systems you need to know how and where functions are located; however, the ability to copy and paste templates, automated tasks make life a lot easier.
Templates are great and easy to tailor to your own needs
Support is where Zimplify excel, always on hand to hold your hand depending on your capability. quick to respond, willing to explain
Incorporating the training into our package was a good selling point for our business; the training was well structured
The business intent is very good and broadens your ability to interrogate the market 
Zimplify are receptive to product development and suggested improvements and take your views on board.
Irrespective of your size of your business, you are getting main competitors functionality and more,  for a quarter of the price

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

I like best about zymplify is that they would listen to your feedback and actually implement it. so if you had any concerns, you email the company and they try to include that suggestion into the next version of the platform. 

I loved that zymplify was basically like an All-in-one platform/tool. I think you can purchase separate toolkits, but just to know that it was a one-stop shop for everything regarding Sales, Marking, CRM, etc. and that you didn't need to jump around to other tools was great.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

I really disliked the user-friendliness about Zymplify, they were in the process of updating the user interface but i think that was the biggest thing for me. Also, the support time is not the best for american companies, since it is based out of the US.

**What problems is Zymplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zympllify offered a specific toolkit that other competitors did not offer - their prospecting tools were amazing. You could locate and reveal many contacts of people in any industry, the competitors, and the best part was that it was mostly automated so it helps our team save lots of time.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

Onboarding support and gorgeous email templates. I've been an admin for both Eloqua and Marketo but they can't beat Zymplify in these two areas.  The robust lead gen using intent software is so smart b/c it can feed directly into your email journey programs.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

1.  The integration with SFDC is limited so I have to use a connector platform like Zapier. 2.  Overwriting  the default URL that appears in the email inbox preview windows doesn't always work.  This is an issue for us since AWS is our competitor. 3. Would be great to have the ability to list multiple values separated by commas instead of a new field for each value. Ex:  When writing the logic for assigning leads by state, each state requires its own field instead of CA,UT,CO........

**Recommendations to others considering Zymplify:**

Great for lead gen as it uses intent software customizable by your keywords, personas, target accounts, events and LinkedIn Sales Navigator lists.  You can also integrate social media platforms. Hands down the best selection of email and landing page templates.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

The Buyer Intent / Contact reveal feature within the platform really set it apart from other platforms. We also use Hubspot, but the integration with G2, and the automated journeys meant we could run very sophisticated campaigns from within Zymplify.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

The user interface is very clumsy - it can take a while to get used to the different menus and options. Overall the automated journeys are difficult to setup, but Zymplify offer a very good onboarding schedule which takes you through these complexities, and also sets up the initial requirements.

**What problems is Zymplify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to prospect effectively to people we knew were engaging with us through different platforms. Initially this was through the G2 reviews platform, but we expanded it to Capterra, and Lead Forensics. The system allows you to automate follow-ups and prospecting. We've been running this since mid 2020 and it generated leads with relatively low manual input required.

The system for us has been innovative since it has allowed us to reach a large number of users of the marketing system, it has been implemented in order to automate our digital system, both emails and networks, thus reaching many more customers, achieving sales of The most effective way for us the system is very complete since each one and its tools allow us to innovate in a simple and practical way to achieve the objectives.

Mainly for us it has been a good system, so we have not seen any kind of inconvenience regarding the service functionality, each tool works improving each time to achieve a much more specific system, so in my opinion I do not think there is a negative point regarding the system as it manages to improve more and more to deliver innovation to users.

The dashboard is very simplistic and offers a good user experience.
The Journey tool allows for automation which helps to save considerable time and manual admin.
The website tracking and website reveal helps to identify contacts and potential prospects.
The lead scoring model let's you know who is engaging with your content and helps drive the pipeline. 
I like the integrations and generous data credits per month.
There is fantastic support and quick to solve any issues.

Zymplify encompasses several marketing tools into one cost-effective package. The client support is excellent — quick response and always issue solved.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

The platform lacks some features of other tools. However, these, for me at least, are not showstoppers and the Zymplify guys listen to our comments and continually upgrade the platform.

Zymplify is an excellent platform to get into marketing automation. It is growing steadily in features and functionality and should always make the 'let's get them in to speak with us' list.

Zymplify has allowed us to combine disparate marketing tools into one box. We wanted to implement an ABM approach and Zymplify has enabled us to do so. We are now much smarter in our marketing execution.

What I love most about zymplify is that it has enough very good quality templates, which means that we can create our material without the need of a designer or specialist, and it is very easy to use and train new personnel without any difficulty in less 30 days, which for us is excellent because the least possible time is lost and in the end we achieve a well-trained and efficient staff

we have no problem with zymplify what we have is a suggestion since it would be beneficial for us to be able to upload images directly from our social networks so the content would be more fluid and we would do better monitoring

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

Zymplify includes all the features you expect to find in a marketing automation platform but what really sets it apart is their focus on helping you work faster through prospecting. The automated tools allow you to quickly add leads to your funnel. Then you can use multi-channel campaigns to get your business in front of them. Managing all these channels from one place gives us so much more time to focus on being creative in our marketing.
Also, the support from the Zymplify team is exceptional. If we come up against a problem we know we can reach out and they will help us sort it out. This was invaluable when we were trying to get our team up to speed in the early days of using the system.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

So far we haven't come across anything major that we dislike and any minor issues have been dealt with by their helpful support team.

**Recommendations to others considering Zymplify:**

The speed with which you can get a campaign up and running allows you to get so much more done. Zymplify helps you feel in control - seeing everything in one place allows you to get a real handle on what's working and what isn't.

We use Zymplify to manage marketing campaigns for our clients. Also, with the increased focus on lead prospecting and nurturing we have been able to demonstrate increased value to our clients as they see us helping them close more sales. We have found the custom dashboards really beneficial in illustrating to clients what is going on with their campaigns - focusing on what really matters to them and presenting it in an easily understood manner. This has helped convert even the most sceptical of customers to the benefits of digital marketing campaigns.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

We've used quite a few products in this market before but, for me, the thing that sets Zymplify apart from the rest is their team.  The product works and does some really amazing things to run effective campaigns but without their team, they would just be another software company in my opinion.  Their team are great, there is never a silly question, there is so much experience in there as to how to get the most from a campaign and it's budget and I think that they are the difference.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

I don't think we've found any yet.  I think because they are quite a new company in this sector they have to be quite aggressive with their growth and development with their products, so instead of documentation on a new product, it seems to be you jump on a Zoom call.  But you always get the recording afterwards and the flip side is that you get to interact with a human and ask relevant questions to how you intend on using the platform.

Chat to the team, they know their product and know how it will help you/your business, it certainly has for us.

We use Zymplify to manage and deliver our automated marketing campaigns, allowing us to track all areas of the campaign from spend and ROI, open rates, click rates.  It manages our sales pipeline, lead generation and sales funnel and keeps it all in one place.

**What do you like best about Zymplify?**

As someone who has their own content and digital marketing agency, I love looking at the data. My favourite feature of Zymplify by far is the depth of the data and insights you can get into how everything is performing across your platform, on one dashboard. I love creating automated journeys and the intelligent scoring system meaning I can send different prospects in different directions and serve them content relevant to that campaign. I also manage Zymplify for my clients and we've grown their email open rates (to cold lists) by over 5% in 6 weeks. We've also captured over 400 new leads through this campaign with no paid advertising and all organic traffic.  I absolutely love how easy Zymplify makes it and I feel like I've only scratched the surface with what they have to offer.  The support is also amazing, the team are always on hand to help you talk through any issues or offer some teaching to help you improve the way you use the software and set up campaigns.

I like the all in one aspect. We are an agency and being able to create marketing campaigns that can be tracked and measured in one software is a HUGE benefit.  The knowledge behind the systematic approach to the platform is obvious and with marketing in mind.
The system is easy to use and quick to master. We are able to train new starters and have them up to speed within a week usually and certifies users with a month.
The company has worked with us to develop the platform to suit both agency and consumer needs. They have taken on board feedback and either implemented changed or plan to in the future.

Through the years the system has been quite buggy and it has been frustrating at times that seemingly small issues arise.  Zymplify has worked with us through to work through these bugs and resolve issues.

If you are a small to medium agency that does not want to have to re-sell a partner software as part of your package, Zymplify is an affordable and effective software that has helped us and our clients grow.  If using to help marketing a single business you will have your mind blown at how all that you need is right there in the software. No more multiple login details for your email software, your landing page creator, your social scheduler. Just create your message, target the right people and use the right platforms - Zymplify helps with all of this.

Track and measure. All clients want to know that the work being produced is or is not creating results. Zymplify helps us speed up our workflow and be able to show our clients exactly where their traffic and leads are coming from.
Being able to create a landing page, schedule social content, blog, email all from one platform for each instance for our clients was an issue in continuity and productivity as we had several accounts for differing clients. Being able to create an entire campaign funnel a ta few clicks if necessary is a big benefit to our employees and clients.

Everything you need is in one place - you can get marketing automation done with customised journeys and campaigns, landing pages, scoring; you can enrich leads with intent signals from a number of sources, reveal contact information for key buyer personas and track your cost per acquisition all the way through the funnel; manage the deal through to  closure. 

All this is provided in a really cost effective way - predictable costs and you don't pay way more from simply using loads of contact information.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

The biggest challenge at the moment is that if you use other marketing automation or CRM tools, you will have to integrate using some integration tools as they are still working on out of the box connectors. I am sure in time this will be released and help with the implementation process.

The hardest thing for companies that have small marketing and sales teams is being able to leverage buyer intent data like the bigger companies. Zymplify makes it easy to get data about what companies are in the market on places like g2.com and prospect to them in high volumes at scale. By the time the prospect is engaged and ready to buy, we can get this in the hands of the sales team and significantly increase our conversion rates.

The Scheduling of emails/social posts allows us to be consistent with our content. The easy to use CRM helps us keep on top of new leads coming in and who we should be talking to. The content calender is a very good tool for a small company like us. Myself as marketing executive will update this calendar monthly and will create the content whenever I can and have it approved. The automated marketing journeys is the most useful tool I have used so far, this has allowed us to nurture all of our contacts and let us figure out who is hot/cold. The Zym score plays a big part in this for us as it determines the results for us.

**What do you dislike about Zymplify?**

There is no real issues I would have with Zymplify, it is all easy to use and if you have any questions or need support their team is always on hand to assist you. We do not use all of the services available yet as we are quiet new to the platform but everything we have used so far is very helpful and beneficial to our company.

I would highly recommend Zymplify to anyone who is considering changing their current systems. If you are looking for a platform where you can control all your social and email content from one place you wont find a more practical platform than Zymplify. It will help you save time and be more consistent with content you are producing. It also gives you a content calendar which allows you to plan ahead and plan on when you need certain pieces of work completed. 

The CRM database is easy to use and very helpful to find out what relationship you have with them once you have integrated Microsoft Outlook to the platform. Every conversation you have with a contact will be saved in their profile and will allow you to view past conversations when needed.

We now have more structure to our email and social media marketing with consistent content being published. The automated journeys is a fantastic tool to get people started on the journey of explaining what your company is and how we can benefit them. The Zym scoring is a vital part of our strategy and this tells us exactly how hot/cold that lead may be.

The tool is powerful and intuitive, allowing you to manage all aspects of a digital campaign from email to social posts, paid advertising and website tracking. The ability to build complex journeys and score interactions of prospects to help provide our sales team with a higher number of marketing qualified leads.

The interface can be a bit tricky to navigate as you often have to learn which sub menus specific functionality lies in, once you start to learn your way around this becomes less of a problem. I do often find myself looking in several menus to try and find what I'm looking for.

I like the variety of options, the fullness of the interconnectivity, and the options for your inbound campaigns according to the many different marketing channels. It works well internationally, so it's flexible per client based on the type of English you need to use (and I'm certain other languages will prove it's flexibility as well).

They could be a little bit stronger when it comes to integrations, but that is something I only find to be a minor quibble, not a full-on flaw. I'm yet to try out the analytics side, so will hold fire on that until a later date.
