Zycus S2P is a comprehensive tool especially for tracking your spending, sourcing cycles and right up to managing the contracts. The spending tool is A.I.-backed has the ability to learn from past spending patterns. It is also the most used tool. I disliked the Supplier management system & the AP automation system the most as it has been quite a challenge dealing with invoices on the P2P system. The Sell side management of contracts is not well defined. This is better for customers who are managing contracts with Vendors (which we are using as well). There was no solution found during vetting that was strong on both sides of Contract management.
