I use ZWCAD everyday at work and haven't encountered any problems. I like how, even if a function's lacking, I can easily find a lisp that can easily solve my problems, thanks to that even if there's something base ZWCAD cannot do, I can achieve that through applications. I frequently use other companies' addons, namely cadprofi, offering a huge base of blocks and making my job easier. Whenever I've had any technical problems (which I only recall once, when trying to recover licence from a dead computer), support was helpful and my problem was solved. Generally I find that the most limiting factor is usually my lack of knowledge and every single time that I had to look up a fix for some difficult scenario, I eventually worked it out. **What do you dislike about ZWCAD?** There are some small details I can list here - when I leave it open for too long, sometimes my toolbar goes white (but it goes back to normal after I click anywhere on the drawing). Sometimes when I launch it, my commandline and properties bar are hidden - nothing I can't fix with one command, though. I don't like how I can't create dynamic blocks - at least in the version of the program that I use. **What problems is ZWCAD solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZWCAD has been my main tool since I started working on designing house automatics, mostly KNX.
