Some technical issues as well as some initial concerns with results. These issues were overcome and are no longer a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zuru Services?

Zuru team understood our requirements and was quick to propose solutions and pricing. Their team set up a regular cadence with us to show the progress and challenges! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zuru Services?

Since the entire work was divided between multiple data annotators, the quality of the work was not consistent. Moreover, there was a slight deviation from the defined SOP, which resulted in double effort for us while ingesting the data in our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zuru helped us in cleaning up our food catalogue data. Being in the healthcare space, we want to give the most accurate information to our users when they look for healthy dishes and their recipes.
