I mean the one thing I feel insane about their platform is they charge you up for customer support even if the query is just a small one and if you have more you are going to empty your pockets just to get help into actually trying to install and use this platform for your use. Great tool, self-hosted is great for small businesses, and it has some great features like gamification which you don't find out-of-the-box on larger, paid CRMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
