**What do you like best about Zuper?**

I do like that Zuper has already added quite a few features even since we started with them last year. I love that it integrates with HubSpot and that it's customizable for our company. They also have a really easy-to-use system for our field technicians.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

It definitely took us way longer to implement than what we were told to begin with. The implementation team was not as helpful as what I would have expected. Implementation was not very smooth. I also struggle with the integration with QuickBooks, and some of the features that I was originally under the impression would work, does not work.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuper streamlines our work orders by integrating with HubSpot, turning potential deals into work orders effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper is a versatile field service approach that facilitates the process of managing work orders. The software ensures that inventories are closely controlled, easy scheduling and distribution, focus on GPS tracking, and works even in offline mode.
The software has a well thought out mobile app that ensures technicians easily capture videos or photos, collect digital signatures and all payments are made on time
Zuper works closely with at least 60 plus apps, and its API architecture is simplistic 
We closely control or configure Zuper to ensure our workflow is efficient and smooth

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Zuper implementation is non trivial, something that brings issues when shifting between complex workflows
The comprehensive features of Zuper brings high performance complexities, more so when optimizing the performance of this app

We use Zuper to schedule and plan for field tasks, where we assign technicians and other players for easy operations 
The field communication process is swift and we access photos, data, videos and updates concerning the events in the field 
The offline operations nature of Zuper and mobile accessibility makes the software efficient and reliable 
The digital payment processes eliminates all the paper work and errors that occurred in making hasty invoice payments

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Our experience with our previous field service software was clunky and difficult. After switching to Zuper we were able to get everything we were looking after so many years of struggling. We had a great team helping us create our program and the customer service has always been so professional and innovative with coming up with options for what we need. Sanyukta has been with us every step of the way. She has shown excellent communication throughout our entire transition to Zuper.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Zuper has many custom settings but it is a newer program so there's a lot of things in the works. Every month there are more and more features available but it does cause some delays if you're looking for a specific feature.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our previous field service program, everything was overly complicated which caused a lot of frustration and errors. Since switching to Zuper we are able to utilize the program with ease. This allows us to invoice jobs faster, keep track of inventory without any discrepancies and have an overall more positive everyday experience.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

What I like best about Zuper is how it simplifies field service operations with smart automation, easy scheduling, and real-time tracking. Its AI features and mobile support make managing teams and jobs more efficient, while integrations and clear reporting give a complete view of the work. It saves time, improves coordination, and delivers a better customer experience.

What I dislike about Zuper is that it can feel a bit complex at first, with a learning curve that takes time to get used to. Some features require extra support to customize, and the mobile app can occasionally be slow or glitchy. Navigation and search aren’t always smooth, which can make daily tasks less efficient.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper gives the user ability to customize things as per the organization needs rather than restricting it. It is understandable that every organization behaves in a different way and it helps the user automating things and set up their own checklists as per their needs.
Another features will be the schedules which tracks technician in real time and also highlights the status of their jobs. It also helps user reassign jobs in case of urgency.
Also I would like to mention that they have a good customer support which helps people resolve issues faster.

Although there isn’t much to dislike about Zuper, I would mention that first-time users might find it a bit difficult to learn. Additionally, some people have noted that there are occasional glitches in the mobile application features.

Zuper assists with resource allocation by considering people's skills, availability, and the urgency of each project. Often, organizations rely on manual tools for updates, which can lead to missed appointments. Zuper also enables field technicians to update their status and data in real time, allowing the back office to stay informed about each technician's progress. It has great integration strength with multiple tools. This integration has promoted seamless streamline workflow that results to high profitability.
It is a powerful too for scheduling and for real-time tracking so we know which sale representative is where.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper is very intuitive and easy-to-use on both desktop and mobile, making training the team fairly easy.  Most aspects of the system work well out of the box, but where customisation has been required for our particular needs, the Zuper team have been really flexible in implementing bespoke solutions.  Sanyukta in particular has been extremely helpful with getting us on-board, and has been quick and efficient at implementing those solutions.  The development team seem to be releasing general updates and improvements regularly as well which is promising.  Overall we'd highly recommend Zuper!

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Whilst Zuper have been excellent at implementing bespoke solutions for us, the limitations and simplicity of the various integrations means we've had to rely on these bespoke solutions more often than not, which has increased our implementation timeframes quite a bit.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a user-friendly (and, in particular, mobile-friendly) system for our field team to be able to manage customers, quote for products and services, manage assets and create and manage jobs.  Zuper does all of this very well especially as a standalone platform, and will increase our efficiency as we get used to using it.

This platform allows customers to request services directly through the customer portal and keep track of their service history. Customers can select their preferred appointment date and time when making a service request. It also helps your back-office team save time by automatically turning requests into jobs. Additionally, customers can view their job history, follow the status of technicians, and leave feedback, all within a single platform.

There is no such thing which I do not like about Zuper.Its easy to use and convinient for our customers

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Zuper is completely customizable. I looked at more than a dozen FSM software solutions. I found most were built for independent contractors. We are a fairly large operation with 100 mobile service technicians and I was worried that the features would not scale up to what we needed. Zuper has proved to be a very nice solution with plenty of features to give us the information we need. Since we went live in January they have had several updates that add even more features that we didn't even know we needed. Other companies tried to bash on Zuper about their support being in India. Do not let this deter you. I have had nothing but great interactions with Rakul and Preetha. They are very responsive to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

We are a very specialized industry and it is hard to customize a software to exactly how we work. Our implementation has taken longer than it should, more our fault than theirs. That said, there is enough customization built into Zuper to make it work for us. Their team has created custom solutions that they had never done before working with us.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were a mid-to-large sized service company with ten locations in the US. We had still been largely paper-dependent in terms of our crews' reporting. You can imagine the bottle-necks in getting paperwork from service crews around the country. Zuper has allowed us to streamline our service department and get the information needed to invoice our customers instantaneously. It has also allowed us to gather more information from the field and improve safety.

This program is pleasant and straightforward to use. In the past, I dealt with clunky and difficult-to-navigate software, but this one is very smooth. We were able to tailor the program to fit our needs, and it became our central platform for employee communication. Having everything in one place made it much easier to locate discussions and evidence later on.

Zuper is a great field service management system. It has a lot of features that help with job estimates, scheduling, GPS and project management.  It is easy to use and have great customer support.

The pricing is very high. You will need to speak with a salesperson to get a plan that's right for your company.

Zuper can solve and assist with numerous of problems like send out maintenance repair scheduling insulation and troubleshooting ideas. It also helps with overlapping jobs and shows availability of technicians. They match the skills to what the job requires.

What I like best about Zuper is that it has allowed our company to consolidate many of our outdated old systems of field management and coordination into one place. It has increased our efficiency and given us new tools to use in our construction business.

I like that the software is completely customizable to your needs and that the software can be molded to fit your needs. 

Customer service is also top notch!

The downside is the long learning curve.

Zuper offers a powerful and flexible FSM platform with great features that streamline our operations. The integration with Zoho CRM is seamless, and the interface is intuitive, making it easy for our team to manage jobs, schedules, and customer information in one place. The support from our account manager, Jahanwi, has been excellent — she’s responsive, helpful, and committed to making sure we get the most out of the platform.

While Zuper is a great platform, sometimes it takes longer than expected to implement or develop requested features. Faster turnaround times for updates or customizations would make the experience even better. That said, the support team is helpful and works hard to address our needs.

Zuper helps us streamline our field service operations by managing job scheduling, technician assignments, and customer data all in one platform. **What do you like best about Zuper?**

The tool is amazing. It has features that we we didn't know it had. The Dashboard and the ability to integrate with Zendesk is a Game Changer for our ISP operation. Zuper has not only added data and visibility to our teams in real time, but it has pushed us to revamp and simplify our processes.

Also, the implementation and Customer Success Team has been amazing. We were able to start using the platform in week 2 of our onboarding.

Zuper is a very userfriendly platform and is the primary tool for our Field Executives and our Dispatch team. Also the Zendesk integration allows the Contact Center to create Jobs directly from a Customer ticket. This is our daily bread.

Even though the Customer Success team has been amazing, I believe that having a spanish speaking team could allow for a smoother integration.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to keep better track of our field technitians, it sheds light to our Customer Service Teams on the live status of the Service Orders allowing for an improved Customer Experience. It also allows us to have full tracibility of a Customer's requests, being a New Instalation, a Repair or even program a maintanance of a part of our infrastucture.

After a lot of research on calendaring options, we chose Zuper for its robust offerings.  The patience and support of the onboarding team has been phenomonal.  We have been able to customize several aspects of the platform to suit our needs, and when customization isn't feasible, solutions are offered to make our transition from our current system to Zuper.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

Because the system does offer so many features, it can be overwhelming to decide what to focus on.  The Zuper team has been willing to be patient as we migrate features slowly to ensure that our team understands each function.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a growing consulting and training business.  We have been using Google Calendar for our scheduling, which worked when we had just a couple employees.  With growth, Google Calendar no longer suits our needs.  Zuper gives us a software package that includes quoting, scheduling, job tracking -- all with automation to eliminate administrative time.

Beyond the software itself, I appreciate Zuper's commitment to partnership. Their support team has been incredibly helpful, working closely with us to understand our specific needs and customize the system to fit our workflows. They're not just a vendor; they're a true partner in our success.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

The mobile app is generally very user-friendly, but occasionally, we experience minor syncing delays. While these are infrequent, improving the app's offline functionality and sync reliability would be a significant plus, especially in areas with limited connectivity.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zuper, we were printing out paper job sheets. It was a chaotic system, making it difficult to track progress, manage schedules, and keep everyone informed. Zuper has completely transformed our operations, taking us from that paper print outs to a streamlined, digital workflow. Now, everything is online. Our engineers receive their job assignments directly through the Zuper app, complete with digital and shareable job sheets, eliminating the need for messy paperwork and miscommunication. The office team has real-time visibility into the location and status of our engineers, which has been a game-changer for customer communication. Zuper's automation features, like booking confirmations and post-service follow-ups, have not only freed up valuable administrative time but also significantly improved our customer service.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

First and foremost as the IT Administrator here at Fireplace Stone & Patio, I want to talk about the technical relationship we've experienced with Zuper.  Hands down this has been one of the more willing to meet our requirements teams I've worked with in over 20 years of I.T. industry experience.  

The Zuper team has worked as hard as any onboarding team I've worked with in the past, to ensure they provide us with a solution to any question we proposed.  With weekly scheduled cadences, they are constantly keeping track of any resolution or issue, and ensuring that nothing slips through the crack.  

Status updates, new solution updates are always provided keeping us well informed of where we are sitting with moving forward with Zuper.  Truly, the Zuper team has been a pleasure to work with, both high level customer service as well as high-level technical work.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

So far after 6 months of onboarding and making sure the solution was tailored to our business, I can't single out any dislikes.  Anything that has been a issue or a hurdle for our company, has been addressed, and resolved or a solution provided to keep us on track to moving forward.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuper is our "Service" side of our HubSpot CRM.  Zuper will be where the sales side of HubSpot meets the Service Side of Zuper for our company.  Turning Deals and products into Projects and Jobs for our Service side to carry out and close the loop with our service to our customers.

The Zuper support team is always available to help tailor processes and enhance the experience for both our clients and field technicians. We’ve requested several automations to ensure our coordinators are informed of the next steps before the technician even leaves the job site, making the workflow more efficient and seamless for our clients. I truly appreciate the Zuper team’s dedication and attention to detail in addressing our needs.

I would like some of the features not usedor realavent in the web portal removed, I would like to have a feature were emails and notes are seperated.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuper consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, no matter how big they are. They never turn us down; instead, we always hear, "We're working hard to complete your request." From customized end-of-visit reports to importing schedules from other platforms, Zuper seems to perfectly meet all our needs.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

The Zuper software has been very useful for our company, we use it for the daily planning of our Field Ops division's activities. We received training on how to use the system and the different features they offer. We also do weekly meetings with the support team, in order for use to provide feedback so they can adjust the operation of the system to our company needs. Their support team is lead by Tina and she has been great, very professional and helpful, all of our needs and expectations have met and exceeded.

Zuper has helped us organize our Field Ops department. We keep track of the tasks covered everyday, the time and location our personnel clock-in and clock-out, the equipment/materials used for every job order, if we need to communicate with them on the field we can do it through Zuper and they'll receive a message in the mobile app, they can post notes regarding the job such as text or pictures, once everything is done we can find all the information in the completion checklist section and can see pictures of the finished products to send it to our clients.

Since I signed on to Zuper I have been able to bring my company into the 21st century. With a robust API, integrations, and automation abilities, as a one-man show, Zuper is helping me create ease and flow throughout my business.

Dislike is a strong word in this case. There are some things that I believe are still in the works with Zuper. There is definitely some ground to cover but I see more functional update on a regular basis from Zuper than from the other two companies I was with before Zuper

Advanced Automation, Deep Customization, Integrations. With these features Zuper is helping me create a smoothly running company without the need for as much staff. I can automate processes between several different web applications. I can also create in-app workflows that handle simple automations and help push needed tasks forward with minimal need for human interaction. With Zuper, I'm able to create more time away from the computer and actually working in the company.

Zuper is highly customizable.  We started out with a FSM app that was very out of the box, simple.  It was a good first step into FSM but soon found it was missing things we wanted.  Zuper is easy to use and allowed us to build it to what we need.

At times there is too much customization available that it made it difficult to know how we wanted it to be set up.  One of those "you don't know what you don't know" type situations.  But everyone I worked with at Zuper was patient and took the time to help us get what we needed.

Zuper gives us the ability to keep track of every single movement that happens on our day to day jobs, activities, and schedules for our on field techs. The asset database has been a game-changer! We're easily able to pull up past history on any repairs that have been made for specific equipments. This app has changed the efficiency of our business.

It would be helpful if jobs, quotes, and invoices had the same number in which they all matched together. This way we don't have different numbers for each associated item in every module. Ex: job number, quote number and invoice number are all the same for the same associated job.

Once I got the hang of navigating and customizing in Zuper, I had a blast figuring out what we needed to tailor our workflows. Our Zuper representatives, Nithyashree and Uma, have been insanely dedicated to helping us achieve the exact look, feel, and flow of what we want for our field technicians. This has been an arduous road, as our company needed an EXTREMELY customized experience, but Nithyashree and Uma have been there with us through thick and thin. We use Zuper every single day, and it has integrated suprisingly well with HubSpot. Although our need for very specific processes has hampered the implementation, the program has improved (and will continue to improve) our processes by orders of magnitude.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

There are some small things that simply don't make sense within Zuper itself. Something that has nagged at me since discovering it is that, when entering customer addresses, Zuper's GPS function and tax management settings will not recognize a state's official abbreviation, despite it being widely used across the country and within the postal system. There is an easy way around it, but still. According to Google, Zuper was founded in Seattle, WA. You would think a company founded within the United States would include that in tax jurisdictions and GPS functions by default, wouldn't you?

In essence, I have no major issue with Zuper, and any problem that has arisen was either solved by us finding the direct solution, or restructuring our approach to circumvent it. It is a wonderful experience, overall.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our field technicians have been keeping records of safety meetings, inspections, permits, and procedure checklists completely through pen and paper. We often lose a page here and there due to us having a high volume of work and a comparatively small team. This program helps us keep everything in one place, accessible by multiple people at once, and allows much faster and more efficient communication between office staff and field technicians. It has also streamlined our materials orders and peripheral forms that need filled out depending on the job location. Once we'd found a way forward, every problem has been solved sooner or later. The team is dedicated, and the product is highly versatile.

I have a lot of crazy ideas about what I want (I'd like to say need, but I guess I have survived without them) from my project management software. So when I started working with the Zuper team, and I would dump these thooughts from my brain, they always had a solution! This software is going to save me and my team so much time. I am absolutely awed by the innovation behind this tool. My sessions with Preetha were always such a joy too! I felt like I was working alongside a good friend, as we navigated through all the options and customizable feautures (don't forget my brain dumps). I think no longer having those sessions will be my only sadness! Zuper seems to be constantly updating and adding new items as well, so I look forward to what they do next. Oh, and another reason I love it, my company has turned to HubSpot as their new operating system, and Zuper integrates seemlessly, so now all the different teams we have, are all on the same page. Our field team lives inside of Zuper, it's used all day, every day.

Our company used to use a spreadsheet to handle the scheduling of hundreds of projects a month, which was chaos. Some of the reports are a bit old school and unfilterable in terms of table views, where you e.g. must delete each alternate row in order to use pivot and create charts.

The custimzation to our needs and the ability to make changes as thing progeress and grow is fantastic. Uma has gone above and beyond with helping configure Zuper for us.  Whenever there is a change on our end or if we run into a hiccup, Uma and the Zuper team are on it!

Wish there was the ability to format  within a line item on an estimate instead of having to create multip[le line items to make paragraph breaks.

Before Zuper we would hand write or type up work orders. then enter customer information into google calendar for scheduling.  Then enter customer info into QBO.  Print multile copies of each job for in field work orders and in house referance.  When jobs were complete, our crew would have to fill out work orders, email pictures and turn in paperwork.  They would all then be scanned and uploaded into an attachment under the customer and then filed away in a file folder in a filing cabinet. Zuper is now helping us not only streamline this process, save time and save paper.  This helps save trees and cuts down spending.

Zuper has transformed the way we operate our field. The efficiency and quick job creation make it very easy for my employees to see what they need to do making them complete more jobs than ever. Any time I have needed something fixed, our CSM has been very quick to get on it and make sure I have what I need.

I think some of the form building, including the job card editor could use some work, and the newest software for the latest version of Zuper is a little buggy. This is expected with any new software update though. Id like to see a more customizable dashboard with data points that I want and can create myself instead of reaching out to Zuper. Id also like to see easier-to-read automated weekly reports with a simple breakdown with maybe some charts and graphs showing efficiency and change over time for each employee or area. Other than that I enjoy Zuper and it has been great for me and my team!

There's a solid line of support when running into issues, and a product/development team that truly works towards implementing your desired features. As a whole, the site is fairly easy to become comfortable with, and the scheduling & field service features have been welcomed by our team. We use the website and iOS app daily, and (for the most part) our technicians haven't reported major issues in the field.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

The inventory management tools and features are still not really there for Zuper, but they are growing. It's obvious that the system wasn't first designed with inventory management prioritized or in mind. But as we've highlighted the needs for different tools to be added to the system, the Zuper team has been working towards increasing their inventory management capabilities. If they continue focusing & improving on their inventory management, this could be an AWESOME, encompassing system.

I'll also note that I had to turn off it's auto-sync with our QuickBooks (QB) because it kept overriding edits we made in QB that had nothing to do with Zuper (ie. assigning incorrect income & expense accounts). Thus, we conduct invoicing, billing, and inventory reporting outside of Zuper, and I strongly recommend others do the same.

Zuper is a very powerful and customizable platform that has served us well for scheduling and dispatching jobs.

Probably the most stand-out feature has been the excellent onboarding/customer serivce team that has helped us set up Zuper exactly the way we wanted and really helped us get the most out of the platform. This included creating a custom integration with another platform we are using (Hubspot) which allows us to quickly and easily import our customer data to use in Zuper as customers sign up for our services.

Some other pros include:
- Highly customizable in almost all areas, including custom properties, job stages, customer communications and much more
- Integrates well with many other platforms
- Good interface that provides plenty of information about ongoing jobs
- Mobile App support, which has been very useful for our providers out in the field

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

There have only been a few minor issues we have encountered using Zuper:
- User/Admin permissions can be confusing as there are both regular 'Roles' and custom 'Access Roles' that both determine what a user can do, and it is not well explained what certain roles give permissions for. It would also be nice to have a bit more granularity when choosing permissions as some options are lumped in together.

- Some of our pros found the mobile app was difficult to get used to and found it had a confusing layout. Also the map/navigation is only able to show the route to the next job, not the entire route for doing all the jobs, something our previous service was able to provide.

- The settings menu can be quite confusing as there are a lot of categories of settings, and sometimes related options can be in different categories.

Zuper helps us to schedule and dispatch Lawn Care jobs across 3 different cities. It is now an essential component of our business and required to get our services to our customers.

We meet weekly to ensure our business is being taken care of. Zuper has also made consistent updates to its platform that have made a real impact and have even pushed integrations through specifically for our business. The initial onboarding process was difficult, we were transferred between two or three different representatives which created inconsistency and lag time implementing vital functions for our business. This was eventually addressed and our dedicated team, Uma and Suraj, have been incredible! Customizing templates needs to be better you need to code templates which is not user friendly but their engineering team does this for you. It would be nice to make this more user friendly which I believe they are working on accomplishing in the near future.

They are currently customizing an integration with Square so our service technicians can collect payment in the field with a simple tap-to-pay option. They have also helped us create specialized reports to help with project cost breakdowns. Honestly, the team at Zuper. The product has been good. Certain modules are quite clear and easy to navigate. Others were not as obvious to me, or felt a bit scattered in where you find certain functions, settings, etc...

What has been excellent though, is the Zuper team's willingness to work with us on both learning and customizing the product to fit our specific needs. Working with other platforms in our tech stack, this has not been the same situation.

I find the "settings" difficult to navigate/understand. The platform simply feels a bit less "mature" or "polished" than some of the other offerings out there. Tracking field execs real-time can be a bit frustrating (and is not well supported on the mobile app as of yet).

Zuper is running our day to day operations and is doing a great job of enabling our staff to quickly assign and schedule jobs within our business.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

The Zuper team was willing to work with our  administration team to customize the software to suit our business. Once setup, Akash (customer success manager) did a great job keeping in contact and helping show new features of the software.

The program took a long time to understand due to very little one on one time with the Zuper staff during the onboarding phase.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

Our implementation had some nuances that were a little outside the norm.  We were able to work with the Zuper implementation and support teams and find ways to make our workflow work in the tool.  We did not have to change the way we do business with Zuper.  The mobile app is easy for our technicians to use, and they prefer it to the paper job slips they were filling out.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

We need flexibility in how rolled up invoices are handled.  We bill the majority of our customers by the job,  a few customers are billed monthly.  Currently this is an all or nothing setting in Zuper.  For those customers we bill monthly we are building those invoices manually.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuper is giving us automation and reporting.  We have gone from a manual system where the dispatcher wrote the jobs in a notebook and texted the technicians their assignments, and the technicians filled out paper job receipts.   There have been a few bumps in the road, but the team at Zuper has been great at working through the problems with us.

**What do you like best about Zuper?**

The best thing about Zuper is their customer support.  I am new to the world of Field Service Management and the team at Zuper has been wonderful helping me out all the way.  Once you get familiar with the product, Zuper is easy to configure and for end users it has been a smooth transition.

**What do you dislike about Zuper?**

The most challenging issue with Zuper is the reporting aspect.  Reporting has been are biggest problem due to the current limitations not being able to report across the different modules.  The Dashboard really doesn't give much insite due to the standard "out of the box" widgets.  Having the ability to build cross module custom reports and individualized dashboards would make all the difference.

**What problems is Zuper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our client success manager has been is there to listen, take our ideas to the Zuper team.  Although some features are not yet available, I amconfident that in time we will see the functionalities availble to us.
