Our business model was based on SASS annual revenue, and the idea of Zuora is based on a monthly subscription model, this was not fit very much and we can't modify it for annual revenue.

The subscription feature was based on a daily rate x month. And did not contemplate the annual model. so we can't modify the subscriptions according to this. Sometimes we had annual amounts, different than the contract amount.

I don't like that only certain representatives know how to utilize this product. It could be more user-friendly to anyone that is wanting insights on where the account is. If you can ensure training is available for everyone in the department regardless of whether they use it daily or not. The Workflow (Collections) add-on has helped with collections automation, allowing our specialists to spend more time interfacing with customers and solving their issues and less time composing and sending emails. The recent addition of Invoice Settlement has provided exceptional flexibility when processing transactions; credit memos, debit memos and unapplied payments are a huge step in the right direction.
