Its super easy to use and the reports are excellent. I am a realtor in Las Vegas and often times help my investors to get their properties rented out so they can self-manage. Its so simple for me to advertise on MLS, the prospective tenant provides their email address and I share the link for them to fill out the online app. They pay for it themselves and voila .... its done! The new layout that recently got changed for the way you create/edit/manage listings is not very user friendly. I still haven't been able to figure out how to set the date an apartment will be available, other that writing it in the listing copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
