**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

I do in-person events, and the ability to easily check folks in as well as capture leads has been a game-changer. You also have the ability to create custom fields for lead notes which has come in handy at each event I've done this year. They also have an incredible success team that responds within moments of reaching out. That has been a huge plus to Zuddl and made learning the platform a lot easier, as well as discovering more features that are useful to events I manage.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

There was a bit of a learning curve at first between virtual and in-person capabilities, but I wouldn't see this as a downside so much as learning what is offered and understanding what fits your use case best.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not able to easily capture custom lead notes that I was writing and compling manually, as well as a more automated way to register folks at field events.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

Zuddl's nearly 24/7 support and incredibly responsive team have made our event management a breeze. The implementation was quick and they had a plethora of documentation articles for our marketing operations team to follow. In using this platform across multiple internal teams, external partners nearly every day, we found the UI to be simple and highly customizable. With customization comes complexity and lots of questions, but the convenience of sending a Slack message and receiving a response within 15 minutes or less from someone one their team is unparalleled. We avoid the hassle of filing tickets and build trust with dedicated team members for our Motive account. Their willingness to collaborate on feature requests and roadmap additions, including direct engagement with their CTO, is refreshing and gives us the confidence to know we made the right decision with Zuddl. The team is consistently patient, proactive, and attentive to our needs, making Zuddl the best vendor we've ever worked with—even beyond event management platforms. Their commitment to refining their product based on customer feedback ensures they prioritize our goals, making them the perfect partner for our user conferences, field marketing events, and internal gatherings.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

We aren't currently leveraging every offering Zuddl has to offer, so some of the functionality is not applicable to us. We hope to get our internal teams together for a demo and enablement to show them the value of moving all of our events and webinars to the Zuddl platform. We would also love to see some development with the Marketo integration around custom statuses and the ability to connect Zuddl forms to Marketo programs. We're excited to see the development and improvement of the Lead Capture app as well for our lead scanning onsite at tradeshows.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've streamlined our operations by dissolving three platforms thanks to Zuddl. Their lead capture allows our sales teams to scan leads onsite at trade shows, eliminating costly third-party tools. We've cut out ZoomInfo from our events and improved our SLA for pre-event attendee list enrichment by 10 business days, enhancing our efficiency. Additionally, Zuddl has standardized our event landing pages, ensuring a seamless and familiar UX for our external customers.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

Easy to use once you become familiar with all of the robust capabilities. It's completely customizable but has pre-built templates if you have limited experience building emails, workflows etc. Implementation with Salesforce and hubspot have been super smooth and their team helped right away with syncing our custom fields for detailed reporting and campaign setup. We're using it for our global in-person summit and have a lot of learnings to make our lives easier next year but overall 10x better than our previous platform.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

A lot of capabilities that can seem overwhelming if you're coming from a pretty basic tool. If you don't have a marketing opps team to support your event you'll need to lean on Zuddl pretty heavily for that. We needed custom ticketing to show on different checkout pages and they were able to build that out for us but not out of the box.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to create a seamless event experience for our attendees from checkout all the way through post-event. We have a complicated event setup with different experience AND tracks so we needed to clearly market that to each of our audiences directly through the platform rather than relying on hubspot for our event emails and workflows.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

The Zuddl interface is easy to navigate for event attendees and looks polished and professional. Where I believe they really shine is the strength of their connection to CRM, including their ability to process dynamic values in close to real time. I've worked with and evaluated several competitors, and none of them were able to provide anything close to what Zuddl could offer in their Salesforce sync

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

I have to dig deep to think of a downside. Occassionally they will release new features or updates that I'll have to dig into their knowledge base, or connect with a member of their team in order to ensure we are addressing the workflow change correctly. But their updates tend to enhance the overall usability of the platform, and their team is extremely responsive and easy to work with.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuddl helps us deliver an exceptional experience to our customers and prospects who attend our virtual events. The direct experience during the event is great, and the quality of data captured and shared ensures that we can have a practical conversation with prospects and customers that is a logical extension of the virtual event. Zuddl helps us use virtual events as a way to build relationships with our prospects and customers, which is not something I can say for every event platform.

The product is easy to use and does what it says. There is a small learning curve but every product in this category has one. The Zuddl team is there to help guide you and train you.

Some of the features earlier were buggy but in the last year they have launched many features that make it very easy to manage custom events.

Zuddl has created a platform to manage online, offline and hybrid events. As our company grew and the conference we put on grew we found Zuddl to provide the features we needed to support our conference.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

The Zuddl team has been a fantastic ally in building out a solution that fits the needs of our large annual conference. The product has evolved quickly from year to year. We have had the opportunity to utilize the Zuddl platform for all of our Catalyst conferences. The solution is straight forward to use and new features have rolled out on a regular cadence. We can stand up the core aspects of our conference within a few days of data input and quickly make adjustments as need be. Their Support team also responds extremely quickly as well.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

Integration for sessions or events within a conference to sync into an attendee's 3rd party calendar like Google, iCal, or Outlook. There is a native solution in Zuddl for an attendee to build their agenda of sessions they are attending but having this flow into their own calendar would be a valuable addition since sometimes attendees are setting up 1 on 1s with other attendees or needing to handle non-conference calendar events.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that allowed attendee registration, badge printing, mobile app environment for attendees, and ability to manage the overall content 

They are making additional investments on the product side to add more formatting capabilities for how the agenda shows up. We are excited to use this in 2025 for our conference with Zuddl.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

That I can easily (and quickly) create registration pages, host one to many events with typed and F2F Q&A sessions and instantly access analystics. They are also very responsive if there's an issue or I need to know how to use new functionality.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

It can sometimes be a bit glitchy and work in unexpected ways. Often not anything that stops it working, but it can be frustrating, particualrly when demo-ing the system to stakeholders.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to have a professional looking, branded registration and event environment when briefing media about new product launches, as well as reducing time taken to administer the events (registration and attendance reports are particularly useful).  Allows to have interaction with the audience through Q&A (inc join feature) while having a one to many broadcast for the main presetation element - something which other software doesn't seem to offer.

I liked the UI of zuddle, website is well managed and affordable prices with quality services. It has become easier for me to manage the things at my own, as I can keep a track myself instead of asking and calling my team to get updates.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

The Team! The Zuddl team has really become and extension of our own team. They really pushed the customer support during the sales process, and boy did the deliver.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

If you want to do more complex customizations in LPs and email, the process and be a little more time consuming than anticipated but again the team is there to support you.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The seamless reg and reminder process has helped increase our attendance rates. We wanted to move away from frankensteining multiple tools together and Zuddl has brought all of our event managment to one platform. The integration features are amazing and has substantially speed up our follow-up times post event. We wanted to create cohesive braning across all events and have been able to do so.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

The platform has what feels like an infinite number of features and options for any event type. It combines everything I've loved in other platforms with features I've always wanted. It's really easy to use with little to no learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

The platform is an expensive initial investment, but it's been worth it in the long run. The customer service team consisted of multiple people, and I was never totally clear on which person I should be asking to fix things or answer my questions.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Zuddl, we were using Zoom or other low-quality video software that could not fully encompass our brand or showcase the same quality of sessions as our in person events. With Zuddl, we were able to host a star-studded two-day event that was equally engaging and as attended as our in-person sessions.

There's nothing much to hate about it. Only the fact I couldn't find this platform sooner in my career.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

Zuddle's webinar platform is pretty seamless once you learn the system.  The customization elements are incredible.  We love the calendar and scene saving features.  The Zuddl team is always open to feedback and adding suggested components to their roadmap.  Their customer service is top-notch - always available, accommodating and patient.  Having the Parmonic integration is an added bonus for us too!

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

At times there can be bugs (like with any software), we find there are sometimes too many steps to set up an event, and the landing page builds could use some additional simplification.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a more professional virtual event and webinar platform than Zoom.  Zuddle was an unlikely competitor in our search, but ultimately won out based on capabilities and pricing.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

I would have to say, hands down, the best thing about Zuddl are the people - if you're looking for unmatched customer service, look no further. Your dedicated account manager is helping you at every step of the way as well as an entire team to solve your organizational, scheduling, and technical issues. 
Whether you're having a simple event or a complex summit, the number of features the tool has can be tailored to fit your needs. The interface is easy to use for anyone, whether you're familiar with event management tools or not. 
Native integration with other applications, such as HubSpot, is a breeze - and because they're native, you don't have to deal with a third party connection that could cause an issue. 
Overall, we are very happy with Zuddl and plan to use them for many years to come.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

To be completely honest, there wasn't anything I disliked about Zuddl. If I ever had an issue, it was quickly resolved by the amazing customer support team.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an annual summit, that spans over a few days, with thousands of interested participants, and numerous live and prerecorded sessions. In the past, we have done this "in house" using our website, CRM for registration, and Zoom links for the sessions - it was a mess. Zuddl provides a one-stop-shop where you can contain everything surrounding your event in a nice, neat, little package. It's really a no brainer, if you're having an event, big or small, use Zuddl, you won't be dissapointed.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

The customer support is excellent, with a highly responsive team that addresses any issues promptly. (Thanks to Amy and Yogesh)

The platform offers extensive customization options, especially for the registration process, allowing us to prioritize ticket types or the registration form as needed. We can easily implement backend logic or branching and add our preferred fonts and custom CSS for widgets. 

The live expo feature, flexible registration forms, and visually appealing virtual platform are also standout elements.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

We encountered challenges with uploading speaker images initially. Each image needed to be exactly 300x300 pixels to meet system requirements, which was a hurdle, but Zuddl has since improved by adding a cropping feature for image uploads.

Additionally, conflicts arose when multiple admins attempted to add speakers simultaneously, resulting in some missing uploads.

Uploading the speakers' images, as we had to ensure each image was exactly 300x300 pixels to meet the system's requirements.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

Zuddl's design customization to build out an event experience blows away the competition. I've tried other event platforms, and Zuddl leaves no stone unturned. You can go basic on event sites with nicely designed templates or go all out with a fully custom branded experience, and they give me SO many styling options and thoughtful tools to really bring our site to life. From fonts to color themes to background imagery, icons and even videos, I rarely feel stuck when executing. And the branding and promo options for the live stage are also top-notch. It's obvious that Zuddl's design and engineering team put the user first, and I'm very happy to be designing our next industry event using their platform. Any time we have questions, Karthik and our Zuddl support team are incredibly patient and helpful. It's easy to set up, and I only wish we had more runway time before our events so I could use the platform to its fullest potential.

As the creative lead for our team, I don't have any dislikes.

They are our all-in-one platform for both webinars and virtual events, which consolidates the number of tools we need to host events and capture registrations. They also make it so much easier for me to design and build a brand-forward event experience without the headache. The user experience is very smooth but also quite robust.

Top three things I like best about Zuddle are ease of use for the backend, breadth of capabilities, and availability to tech support.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

It's hard to say what I dislike about Zuddl. Many of the issues we struggled with the team has either addressed or is looking at ways to address them.

I think the only thing I would say would be that stages need a fluid design system. But other than that not much.

Zuddl's webinar platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and has a ton of cool features that other platforms don't have. Their customer support is top-notch and is always there to answer any questions I may have. Setting up new webinars is a smooth process, with everything that you ever thought of right in front of you. The reporting features are also out of this world. Genuinely cannot recommend this platform enough.

Nothing! From the sales process to now being a customer, I have nothing but great things to say.

Our biggest problem with our old webinar platform was customization and branding. With Zuddl, our webinars are now looking high-tech and like we know what we're doing.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

Excellent product with lot of features. SSO was critical for your organisation and Zuddl was able to provide it. Zuddl team offers superb customer support with lot of hand-holding and suggestions for improving the event.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

Zuddl does not offer pricing options for one-time events. Some of the options such as emails are not available for SSO mode, unless you share the data separately which defeats the purpose of SSO security. Basic form for networking is not customisable and has irrelevant fields.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Zuddl to organise our first ever Virtual  Innvotion Fair. This fair brought together more thann 1150+ people from more than 20+ countries on a common platform to discuss and collaborate for Innovation.

The upsides are countless but the biggest benefits are the incredible end user experience and customer support. Our support team and gone above and beyond to help us with onboarding, troubleshooting and day-to-day questions, which is essential for such a powerful platform. Zuddl's customer service is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

The only possible negative I can think of is that there are so many bells and whistles there can be a steep learning curve, but the customer support is so helpful that isn't much of a barrier.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zuddl provides a modern, elevated virtual event experience for our attendees. As we scale our virtual events and seek out partners that reinforce our brand, it was critical to find a vendor that could offer seamless integration with our existing tools and a best-in-class event experience for our attendees and Zuddl does both.

The major upsides are -
1. The platform is really good. You can customise almost everything, and brand according to what you feel best.
2. The support team is excellent! They were almost always available to chat and fix if things went wrong. Shoutout to Gopal and Amy!
3.Their platform supported more than the audience that we expected without glitches.

1. A few things were hardcoded which should've been possible to change.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

We used Zuddl for a hackathon in the pharma sector. Though it's mainly for event planning, it was easy to tweak for our hackathon—setting up workspaces, mentoring sessions, and networking. The onboarding team from Zuddl was a big help in getting everything ready.

The platform was spot on, handling over 90 people without any trouble. Plans don’t always pan out, but Zuddl's 24/7 support was on point. Our team in Lisbon synced up smoothly with Zuddl’s support in the UAE and India. They even did some last-minute tech tweaks for us with some hardcoded features, which really impressed us.

Everyone—participants and the pharma company—were really pleased with how it went. We'll definitely use Zuddl again for future events.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

The login process tied attendees to their emails for platform access, presenting two issues. 

- Some less tech-savvy attendees didn't get the login token email—it wasn't by Zuddl's issues, but still landed in spam for some corporate servers. 

- Even with a direct link for their first login, they lost it and struggled to log in again. 

Additionally, last-minute attendee changes, specially email addresses, had to be done by Zuddl, not by us organisers. While it wasn’t a major issue —Zuddl was quick to assist—it’s an area that could be improved in the future.

Upcoming additions like direct file uploads, automatic calendar invites for users and teams, and email alerts from outside the platform would be a welcome improvement.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our hackathon, we steered clear of direct messaging apps, aiming to unite teams and top-tier mentors on a single, web-based platform that was easy to navigate, requiring little to no technical know-how. Our goal was for participants to concentrate on their projects, not on figuring out a new system. The hackathon's nature, with its scheduled mentor sessions and a full weekend dedicated to project development, meant we needed a platform offering all the necessary communication and knowledge-sharing tools. Zuddl stood out as it provided a customizable platform that was straightforward to set up. With a bit of creativity, we were able to meet our objectives and host a successful hackathon.

The customer service and UI. Karthik and team have been very proactive in their efforts. They reach out to schedule meetings, send us beneficial links, offer support at all times, etc. We recently got on board with Zuddl as a company and thus far it is much better than what we were using previously. Not to forget, the platform is very intuitive and user friendly. It provides a lot of useful features as well!

The technical support that we received from the Zuddl team -- particularly Gopalakrishnan M, our Customer Success Specialist -- was substantial. Gopal was incredibly attentive both via email when we needed quick solutions to some issues we were experiencing and also spent the entire live event with us (3 days long) doing all the technical support. As an event organizer who knows that something can happen at any moment, I felt super secure knowing that he was there to help us the whole time.

The Zuddl platform is still fairly new so there are minor usability things that can be improved but the team is clearly working on developing those things.

Pardot integration: All webinar platforms had integrations with Pardot that were too simple or they didn't have it at all. Zuddl's team built an integration that allows us to automate more information from the platform to our CRM!

Inconsistent Attendee Turnout: Before using Zuddl, we experienced fluctuations in webinar attendance. Zuddl addresses this with attendee calendar blockers and automated reminders, resulting in a 20-30% increase in turnout and greater consistency.

Fragmented Event Tech Stack: we previously had a multiple tools for webinar execution, including email invitations, registration monitoring, and streaming. Zuddl consolidated these functions into one platform, streamlining the entire process and making it significantly easier to manage.

Pre-event Preparedness: Zuddl's "Saved Scenes" feature allows us to save scenes before the event, ensuring smooth transitions during the live event. This minimized disruptions and allowed the team to focus on delivering a high-quality webinar experience.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

Several things:

1. The "Scenes" feature for their studios is a game-changer. Essentially, you barely even have to run the event once you set yourself up for success. Every platform should have this capability.
2. This platform is the perfect mix of feeling like you're live at an event without it being too complicated or "metaverse" looking. While I want my attendees to feel like they're in a custom platform, I want them to be able to function in it easily. This platforms gives that combination of connectivity, community building, and a fully built virtual production.
3. Having the expo booths being created by partners with ease has been incredible. I didn't have to lift a finger or worry about that portion of the event given how easy it is to create.
4. Customer support is normally always on top of anything you need.

There are more, but these are the main distinctions between the others that I feel gave my events the edge compared to others I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

There are some features that I've mentioned to our customer service team that could enhance the experience for both organizers and attendees. Their meeting rooms could be more like Zoom, a one-click solution for speakers to join a stage (when multiple stages are used), and some other customization aspects. That said, it's overall a well-built platform and there are more features they're working on that will help small businesses create perfect events without hassle.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved a few key things for me:

1. A lower cost solution to customizing my whole event (from website domain, to the buttons in the lobby, to stages + roundtables, and more).
2. An event platform that allows anyone with no tech experience to run a stage like they're a pro.
3. Providing ticketing and building my own custom drag-and-drop registration landing page that integrates directly with Stripe.
4. Email marketing communications that integrates with ticketing to easily get attendees the important info they need.
5. A platform that makes me feel like I'm constantly having access to people and connecting with them (face-to-face).

It is a fully customizable event conferencing platform that is supported by an incredible team that is dedicated to night-or-day making the platform work according to our needs. And if the platform doesn't have something we need, the development team takes it on and works hard to implement for future updates. The platform continues to get better and better!

Because the platform is updated regularly, sometimes it can be disruptive to the admin to have to learn new functionality. In the end it works out great because the platform continues to improve and offers an even better end-user experience. As long as your admins keep an open mindset and remain hungry to learn, it's not an issue.

Has lots of enhanced features that other platforms I have used did not have, integrates with salesforce and has a lot of creative features that are already created for us. We like how reminder emails go out from them and we can customize the registration page.

There are still some bugs to figure out and we have requested some product updates that still need to be implemented, sometimes there are issues with the audio not working for some people which has to do with the VPN. But Reachdesk is prompt to fix it.

It saves us time and is very easy to utilize once you know the product well. I feel confident using it and knowing that the audience will have a great user experience.

Zuddl was extremely straightforward to use for building a virtual event. The design element was great and almost all parts of the virtual platform could be designed to match company/event branding which made the virtual event a really impressive experience for attendees. 
The look and feel of zuddl for a virtual event was the best virtual platform I have seen so far. It really take the elements of an in-person event and replicates them virtually to create a better experience. 
The assistance received from Zuddl's team was excellent. They were very hands on when building the platform to ensure there was no technical issues and there was Zuddl representation on the live event for the whole time to take care of all the technical elements.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

Some attendees did struggle to log in due to firewall issues and the SSO not working for the second day of the event, this did create a negative experience for some but not all.

Zuddl helped us replicate one of our annual in-person events in a virtual setting and kept our customer's happy. It helped us create an experience that was as close to an in-person event experience as possible, without the audience feeling like they were just joining another virtual meeting.

We can add seamless streaming to multiple destinations, and the experience of 3D video is fantastic in the lobby area, branded to view as and when the users join the event for the first time. Adding schedule and speakers are simplified and can be done with ease. CSM ensured things were in the right direction.

Great platform and has no dislikes. Demo videos regarding the setting up of streaming should be available in the repository to refer to so that any user referring to that can set up things themselves.

Zuddl has been our go-to product for virtual events for over a year, and we liked all the new features recently added to the effect that gives loads of enhanced controls overall. All the streaming options are excellent and viable. Improved UI and the ease of gathering audiences with various engagements are also good, with better user experience. Magic links are good, and the CS team was always there to provide live assistance.

It gave us a virtual feeling of being on the stage during the presentation, and waiting at the backstage to discuss things before our session, just like we'd normally do in front of a live audience.  The features were nice, the coordination from the Zuddl team was great, and they handheld us throughout, right from the training till the event day. Overall a new and exciting experience.

I would say room for improvement, not dislike. You can try adding more features; sometimes, sharing videos or GIFs could be a challenge during the presentation.

The tool allows a superb level of customization. It starts right from the lobby area to the start of the session as well as being able to customize the first preview video.
The product allows gamification, his was incredible as it allowed us to keep the audience hooked. 
Their CS team were super helpful, they listened to our asks, for example, we had requested to increase the PPT size limit to 20 MB and they had this implemented.

Absolutely nothing, it was a seamless experience and we were able to keep our audience hooked as well as reach out to an incredible CS team for any clarifications that we might have had during and prior to the event.

The biggest reason that we chose Zuddl was due to their exceptional support. They guaranteed CSM support throughout the conference which was really helpful. Apart from the support, we required more customizations which Zuddl delivered perfectly. They give us the option to create 3D immersive videos that can be played in the lobby area and other areas of the virtual venue which helped us brand it well.

All is good with us, and there are currently no notes to list at this juncture. The backstage chats can be moved to the left-side segment to enable a seamless communication experience with the speakers and between the organisers and moderators.

The Zuddl team is extremely helpful. They gave us a detailed onboarding and answered our questions with patience.  They helped set up our sessions on the platform and were present Backstage with us to step in and assist during our live events. They are supportive throughout.

100% customizable
We were able to customize each Deep Dive exactly as we wished. We had a variety of themes to choose from and were able to brand and customize all event marketing assets - lobby, introduction video, registration pages, with a few clicks. In this way, we were able to make every Deep Dive look and feel professional and unique.

Interactivity
From the get-go we wanted Deep Dives to be highly-interactive sessions, and with Zuddl’s engagement tools, we were able to do exactly that. Using the Chat, Q&A and Polls, we were able to enable a lively back-and-forth between panelists and our attendee, making each session a really fun, energized one.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

They didn't have the virtual background feature. Which meant, you needed to be ready with a good-looking corner for being on video. Since it is a default for all video apps, they should strongly prioritize this.

We at Rocketlane conducted "Propel: World's 1st Customer Onboarding Conference" on Zuddl, and the end-to-end experience was 10/10. Their stellar support was there to ensure there were no hiccups throughout the 3 day event. Feeback from the audience and our guest speakers were also good. This was our first major event and the zuddl team made it a seamless experience. Kudos to them

Nothing so far, we had a good experience. Special shoutout to the support team. Maybe one feedback would be that we couldn't different between active and inactive users in chat

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

It starts from the lobby, which gives us and the audience an immersive experience with lots of widgets that are handy to make your brandings visible. The lobby & Stage intro videos were brilliant. Backstage operations such as controlling the videos/presentations were all enhanced and created a more excellent user experience.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

We had a brilliant user experience and nothing to dislike till now. However, the product can offer more options to customise communications at a more significant level and use more quickly than codes.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was both speaker and a moderator for our virtual event, which offered seamless controls in the front end of our live day, focusing on the sessions and their transitions. Received exceptional live assistance from the Zuddl CSM & team, which measured our success throughout the live event.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

One of the products we've ever come across amidst running a virtual event, Zuddl is such a forward and hassle-free product. Powerful and very easy to deploy. As organisers, we managed all our guests, speakers, and massive attendees. The other best part was the requirements were captured, and the event was executed very well.

**What do you dislike about Zuddl?**

No virtual background at the stage for us to choose on behalf of the speakers. We liked every other bit of the product and hope to see this feature soon. There is nothing much to dislike at this point.

**What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Zuddl, our event was a huge success. The platform's all-in-one management ability made hosting the event for five days and managing 100+ speakers a breeze, leaving us free to focus on tiny details to drive more engagement and collaboration. As a result, all our attendees and speakers had a great time. The Zuddl CS team were great to work with. Our onboarding session and dry runs were seamless and smooth. Plus, during the live event, they helped resolve any challenge we encountered within 10 minutes.

**What do you like best about Zuddl?**

User Friendly, with modern aesthetics. quick to respond and problem solving skills, delivering on time results making your event look good. Others have that website look which is not appealing. At zuddl you actually feel in a live event.

A few lags here and there, but there is no perfection a scope to improve is always good. Zuddl is working on our two major issues, one with the OTP and other with the name change query. Hop that gets solved soon

Zuddl's adaptability is its USP. Helping us from creatives adaptation from third party vendor to making our speaker go live and have a great experience and helping us with consolidated data,

It gives you a feel of the audience during presentations. Being backstage and getting ready for your turn to be on stage was the best experience!

You cant go on stage and backstage on your own. You will need the host do that for you. That is both good and bad in their own ways.
