The open and one-to-one conversation was very intuitive, and I loved interacting with the other attendees. **What do you dislike about Zuddl?** The use of a code to log in was the one aspect I did not enjoy. I initially did not receive the code, and after numerous tries and checking my spam folder, I eventually did. However, it was too late, as the code had already run out. Receiving the code took some time as well. We loved our customer support team and how much we were able to customize the event, especially with graphics and videos. The ability to change the colors, upload images, and take it from 0 to 100 was one of our favorite features. The immersive piece was very good. **What do you dislike about Zuddl?** We needed a couple different pieces that I believe Zuddl is working on but were not ready for us in time. The rooms feature, which we were hoping worked much like a Zoom breakout room, did not provide the privacy we wanted for connection time with our conference attendees. The ability for people to see room numbers, sizes and participants would work great for networking or a breakout session located in Room 1, for example, but we wanted a different experience. They do have a private rooms feature, where you can assign participants and it will show you there are 6 guests in the room, but it still allows people to enter that room, vs. having an assigned ticket and an assigned room. We also needed more access on the backend of the platform, which while it works, is not completely user intuitive, even for an experienced techie. While creating and designing the event, we often were going back to our customer support team and asking if something could be changed, that we as tech organizers could not change. The last pieces that we had trouble with were the streaming speed and quality and data management. Our organization had specific streaming needs and Zuddl's weren't high enough for us. Our team and their team made exceptions for it to work, but this is an update we highly recommend. The data management on the back end for attendees is also a work in progress. Once someone is added as an attendee, the ability to change a first name, last name or email, is limited. While an organizer can change a ticket type or an access type, they cannot change the data. **What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our initiual interest in Zuddl was to run an online event without multiple platforms, i.e. Zoom and something else. They filled the need for a virtual event and had great features. The immersive experience is there and I hope it continues to grow. The only thing I could think of was not due to Zuddl or the team helping us but we (TruAura) could have supplied the Zuddl team with a PowerPoint print-off of slides with notes on when to change slides, for extremely smooth transitions. **What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Zuddl platform is a great tool that is used for any event with large numbers of attendees. To start of with, the way the entire event was set up virtually to mimic a real (live) event was simply awesome. Interacting with fellow attendees/networking was a great feature to have. You have designated rooms for each activity and to top it all, you can be in any one of the rooms and still keep a tab on what is happening in the main stage as you have the option to preview the stage. I was able to access a website from their lobby (Thanks to the iFrame widget) without being redirected to the website and I was able to download all documents pertinent to the event right from within Zuddl. The ability to interact with the event participants was top-notch. You can even schedule some time with your fellow attendees and get on a 1:1 call. I experienced a top notch onboarding and all it took was one demo for me to put together a whole event for our organisation **What do you dislike about Zuddl?** There are good creatives already on the platform but the choices are minimal and I am expecting more innovative creatives to be added in the future. **What problems is Zuddl solving and how is that benefiting you?** The branding options for both the organisation and the sponsors were vast!
