ZIA is useful in blocking everything including web attacks and ransome wares. ZPA replaces our old Global Protect wherein you don't have to manually authenticate as Zscaler do it for you. Using this gives us confidence and protection but at the same time stability for connectivity. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?** It is complex to setup and is high costing. Setup alone needs payment. Performance varies due to SSL Inspection. Lots of things are getting blocked because of this and sometimes it is hard to pin point which causes the blocking. One thing I noticed is that their support is a hit or miss. Sometimes you're gonna get a technician who knows their thing and won't leave you be, sometimes there's a technician that will just keep rescheduling another meeting just to get logs and that's it. I can also identify that by using Zscaler ZPA, the connectivity you have will be reduced in half. **What problems is Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accessing internal sources for employees only but at the same time they are safe to browse the web due to ZIA. Zscaler also provides a reporting feature which provides insight into the Organization's web, application insights thus providing a great visibility on the browsing usage and for any potential security threats and provides this on a schedule basis on email. It is a highly recommended solution for any growing organization. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Zero Trust Cloud?** Bypassing traffic for applications that does not allow Zscaler intercepting can be a tiresome job unless you have the right tools like Wireshark and Fiddler. The downside to this technology in general and not Zscaler is the scenario when the PAC files in browser or Zscaler app does not have the intelligence to identify when the primary ZEN node is having high network latency or some hardware issue, if this was known the switchover to Secondary ZEN node could be achieved without manual PAC file entry changes globally. As per my past experience the performance used to have problem and the same used to be taken up with the respective team who used to resolve the same.
