I like the clarity of the information that is displayed, the ease with which the listings can be sorted & the fact that you have a good overall vision of historical data for any given property or area. It's definitely better than a lot of similar websites we use here in France in terms of engagement, additional tools & features so are very happy to use it. The monthly statistics that we receive are a very interesting and a good indicator of the way the property market is heading which is a useful tool to guage the state of the market. I wish we had the same kind of service here in France where we're based. We use Zoopla to advertise our French real estate listings & don't really find an equivalent service here in France!
