I feel like sometimes for some companies, there may not be, like, the most up-to-date phone numbers for certain people. I like ZoomInfo Sales because it generates a list of contacts with relevant information from some global companies that participate in events of interest to our market, which helps to create a database to start prospecting and initiating business with potential clients. This is especially important for the commercial area, as it allows us to enter companies that we might not have had access to. I think it's a good tool because the information or database can be exported to any other program for data filtering and because it is a tool that so far has no precedent in our company. Sometimes the listing is very general and includes areas that are not relevant to our commercial interest, such as contacts from IT or technology areas that are not useful for our leads. I really appreciate how ZoomInfo Sales saves time by having a lot of the information I'm looking for. Logging into ZoomInfo Sales is a horrific experience. Very often it doesn't work properly, whether it's username/password log in, or SSO. It just won't let you into the platform. Sales Orgs that aren't using ZoomInfo are too far behind and will never meet a meaningful quota, unless they're just farming their existing customers. sometimes contacts are outdated and I find very complete contacts in zoom info. It's very easy to use, it's connected to hubspot and I can update contacts from it and also do some calls. Customer service has been great when I have needed the support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
